  1. I think I remember reading a thread which listed the new serp. belt number that was needed also, but i can't remember where i saw it.
  2. The actual piece that bolts to the floor is the same on the MJ bench and the MJ bucket. The slider mechanism is different because on the bench there is one slider on each side and the buckets need two sliders on each side (pass and driver)
  3. Yeah, Bleed each line until clear fluid comes out. DO NOT let the MC run dry or else you will have to bench bleed the MC too.
  4. Your also going to have to splice the fuel lines or run new ones. Me and WBKrazy did this swap last year on his truck along with a 4WD conversion. You are gonna be MUCH better off getting a complete donor for this swap.
  5. I would check the fusible links. I have read a few times where no power to the pump was a bad fusible link. Give then a good pull they should come apart if they are bad.
  6. Thats odd. Ive never measured but I thought I had read that stock MJ shackles were bigger than 4" center to center.
  7. Most lift shackles are designed for cherokees and will only give about half the advertised lift on our MJs. Measure the shackle length from hole to hole of the original shackle and the new ones.
  8. You can buy the piece and just mount it on the column. Don posted a link a while ago.
  9. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44195725/ns ... cessfully/ Unbelievable.
  10. This is correct. Just unplug the emission maint. timer and throw it away.
  11. You should be thanking the Patriots for that pick. I still can't believe the Pats made that trade instead of taking Engram.
  12. My guess is gonna be the trac bar. Mine did the same thing.
  13. I don't think they make them anymore. The only ones for sale now are actually XJ units which are a mirror image of the MJ unit. JY or the classifieds is your best bet.
  14. Are you trying to take the leaf packs apart? or just remove them from the axle? I didnt think you had to do anything with the center pin just to remove the packs from the axle.
  15. I have to do this too, and it doesnt seem complicated; just allot of work. You will need a 36mm socket to remove the axle nut. and removing the hub can also be a problem if it rusted on there good.
  16. If its cranking but won't turn over, my guess is the CPS. Try unplugging the CPS connector and then plug it back in; then see if it starts. Sometimes this will work
  17. Does a manual have a CPS?
  18. A few years back my buddy got an old Atari system with a ton of games from another friend who was gonna throw it away. It had a few of the adaptor pieces with it too, don't remember what they were for. My favorite NES games were: Ice hockey, castlevania, megaman, and metroid
  19. Sounds like that may be the last time they call you.
  20. Yes, I'm pretty sure the 89 is a reverse flow water pump.
  21. I guess it could depend on the year. But most will be fine because the fill neck points toward the firewall not off the side.
  22. Yes, they are vehicle/year specific like any other.
  23. Sounds like your CPS. Next time it won't start just unplug the CPS connector and plug it back in and see if it starts.
