I have a '90 MJ with the 4.0L & factory ac. With the ac on and the compressor running the electric fan will come on and run for 8-10 seconds and then stop for about 15 seconds. Shouldn't it run continuously if the ac is on? Thanks

How did you connect the wires to TP371 and TP471?

Cruiser, after the new TB is installed are we going to use a meter to adjust the output voltage to 17% of the reference voltage as instructed in your Renix TPS adjustment tip or is it a different adjustment?

That makes sense. I'm guessing that the XJ's with the gold rims also got the gold colored emblems too.

Were those gold rims a factory option?

This diagram should be put in an electrical 101 book. I followed it exactly and the fog lights lit up the first try with no debugging. I cut the green with black tracer wire that comes from the fog light switch in the dash at the 10 pin connector and connected it to 86 on the relay. Thanks

The connector has an orange with green tracer wire and a light brown with a blue tracer wire.

Yeah, my '90 didn't have the wires for the cargo lamp, but did have the dash wires for the fog, even though the truck wasn't ordered with either.

I'll have the bumper off tomorrow to add fog lights, so I can report back the colors of the wire.

If, in fact, that is a temperature sensor for an XJ-something never offered in an MJ, I wonder if it was a mistake on the assembly line.

I have the factory fog light switc and wiring in the cab. Are they fairly easy to connect to the factory set up?
