  1. Definitely a possibility and will do. Replaced the battery couplers on the end of the cables, cleand posts up, and put on felt anti-corrosion pads about 6 weeks ago, but I think the other ends, i.e. engine ground and/or hot may be loose, bad etc. Probably just going to replace them since battery end of my ground had arced at some point and melted through the sheathing. Wrapped the crap out of it in electrical tape when I put on the new couplers. Thanks!
  2. Bill, a heads up though that I forgot to mention. If you play around on wholesalemopar.com, not everything that shows the item and/or price is available anymore. Usually if it is no longer available when you click on that item, nothing will appear in the window to the right, but sometimes it has not been updated and will even let you order it before you get an email 2 days later saying it is no longer available. Might be worth the 800# phone call instead of ordering online. Also, that sight is simply a site for a dealer and there are several others out there, so it is not some specialty "I've got the last ones" site. However, I think teamcherokee.com is more along those lines. I believe most of their items they have bought out of old inventory from dealers that don't want it on the shelf anymore or went out of business and sold off inventory. Both have been a good source for me on a few things. That being said, our original dealership Parts Specialist BLHTAZ was, unfortunately, recently let go because of the economy, but MJDOA is another parts guy at a Jeep dealership. Maybe PM him first to see if he can do a national search on the wipes. We always try to help our own first here. Anyway, a lot of info but useful when you need an elusive part.
  3. ??? or i thought the same but at one point his shadow looked like a larger camera was attached to his stomach, i.e. it was not moving as he stepped. probably just for still photos though.
  4. 1) I love to cook 2) I once worked as a DJ on Royal Carribean Cruise Line 3) I am a HUGE Motocross/Supercross fan 4) I can do math in my head faster than most people can on a calculator (ok, multiplication and division. Not square roots and crap!) 5) Fell asleep while writing this as the third post and woke up at 345am to finish.
  5. can you see the poll choices or are these just your "write in" votes LOL?
  6. :agree:
  7. Rained like crazy yesterday, cold and windy today and I'm fighting off the flu so no chance to get under the truck today. Any other thoughts before I grease up soon?
  8. this guy started off just selling the fabric and now he sells it already mounted on a headliner board or just the fabric. doesn't look like he has any "fabric only" listings right now, maybe just message him and see if he does. CLICK HERE
  9. wholesalemopar.com you can buy them individually, not by the set such as teamcherokee.com @$15 IIRC.
  10. Glad we could help! That's what we're here for. Don't be afraid to ask any question. Welcome to the club!
  11. I'm getting ready to renew my registration and thought I might get some personalized plates. Several good ones, IMO, are available. I'll post up my personal choice after 10 or so votes (If I get that many LOL). They are in no particular order. Open to suggestions too but vote on what I've listed too please.
  12. Beavis, he said Naaads. heh heh, heh heh... :jump:
  13. Ha Ha, ok funny guy. You'll know me by Monday Night!
  14. Ok SuperDubDeucy, it's the brawl for it all this weekend!!!
  15. yeah, that's still tough though that you are relying on two guys at the same position on the same team. jets D did screw you though giving up that many points in the second half.
  16. two backs from the same team is almost never going to work
  17. Damn shame, that definitely might have been one of the top 3 steals of all time. All time.
  18. Back to our thread..... Bilgamesh, there are a lot of good posts on here of what you could say to your wife, but words do not do the Comanche justice. So, your best response is a combination of body language, facial contortions, and finally the manly stare, assuming you can pull that off. (I'm a little concerned about the last one by the simple fact you needed us to give you a good reason to give your boss, err, wife an answer) So right after she asked you such an educated question like "what's so great about a Comanche?", you stop scrubbing the dirty dishes, slowly turn your head to her and give her the combo look :shake:  As you go back to your dishwashing, she starts to respond "but...." to which you now abruptly turn your head back to her and give her the   combo look. If she attempts to engage you again, you have several options. :headpop: :fool: :thwak: and if all else fails, Now go finish the dishes and let us know how it goes.
  19. haha. thanks. here's my other quote of the night from a discussion with 89eliminator... we think it's sig-worthy, but I already look like enough of an a$$hole so... :dunno: Right. So........so what are you waiting for, sig it up baby! :rotfl2:
  20. And............... :dunno: I installed a marine radio that was basically the same size as the original, but with a CD player. I only had to "adjust" the screw holes in the tray a little to match up to holes in the radio...no big deal. :D You mean you didn't have to fire up the plasma cutter and then fab up some cross-torsional load limiting mounting straps? Sheez, that thing might fall out any day now.
  21. Everyone has their own sense of humor I guess, or some THINK they have one. Sorry, nothing in it for me.
  22. very simple + very effective = VERY nice Nice touch on the paint matching.
  23. And............... :dunno:
  24. i believe that would be maddzz1's shirt  i think darker olive with black lettering would be nice, or JT's old gothic girlfriend's color............."dark Heather"....with white letters of course.
