    Seat Covers

I was contacted today by cover king here in anaheim about expanding their jeep line to include our trucks. I will be providing the seats from both of my trucks for pattern making. I will keep everyone posted about it as we move forward. Pete -- do you think we might make our logo available to them for embroidering on them ok guys need input to provide them ---
  7. hey junkie == let us know how the push bar install goes, I've got one too -- thanks to the Ca Highway Patrol ----
  8. using the factory wiring again with an after market harness, I added a cargo light to the light bar --- yeah I know a factory light would have been cooler, but the light bar would have blocked it. Still have the factory light though --
  9. . I really hate to say it, but I really feel the need to point out that, since you insist on going your own way, you really should invest in one of these: . . . because this is the direction you are heading: . I recognize that 92 --- was my son's rig -- still have some of the parts in the storage, bed to become a trailer soon.
  10. Jim -- pm sent
  11. darn Jim, back in '84 I could have used that rebuild kit --- had a '48 diamond T 2.5 ton with a stake bed, four on the floor with a split rear end --- boy was it fun to drive
  12. when wiring the overhead lights on my truck, I used the existing wiring behind the dash to trigger the relays (after market wiring harness's) --- right side of the steering column --- on with headlights off with high beams or just the parking lights --- planning on using the stock wiring to do this with the cargo & fog lights (again with aftermarket harness's)
  13. garden grove here :waving:
  14. This gremlin sounds incredibly familiar... any chance you'd share what the issue was? bad grounds on the dash lights and the dash itself --- golly I hate working upside down under the dash :rotf:
  15. heheheheheheee --- nice one Mr. Jim
  16. now that she can walk --- needed to work on the grand
  17. good input all -- thanks
  18. interesting --- another reason to place it on the fender side, if you live in a smog nazi state, they may not see the "modified air box"
  19. got my club sale email today --- darn wish I had some cash
  20. I've had a white one on the wife's truck for a couple of years now --- doing fine
  21. finished the wiring for the upper lights --- dang if they ain't both 130 watt and the harness came with only a 15a fuse --- yep blown fuse 2x's before I figured it out ;-)
  22. installed the wiring harness's for the upper kc's (not completetly hooked up yet) and the upcomming fog lights using the existing wiring to trigger the relays. installed factory switches for fog, cargo, light bar and A pillar lights --- more harness's to come. ended up installing a wood grain dash face to finish it off ---

    Garbage?

I tried that --- mine just laughs at me, when I plan a night out now :rotf: :rotfl2:
  24. we've considered buying an existing trailer and adapting it to fit the long bed we have in storage --- boat trailers look promising as the axles can be moved easily
