  4. Hey I have a small simple request I'd like to run by all of you. OK, we all know theres like a million project threads, I was wondering if everybody who has a build thread could you put a link to it in your signatures? I was looking for a few specifics and can't seem to find the thread, but I know the person who the thread belongs too.. But... they do not have a link to their build. Just a suggestion........ :wavey:
  5. That comment made me think of the movie "Batteries Not Included" Wish I had a few of those lil fellows on the payroll...
  6. yeah. I sure can... it'll have to later though.
  7. so.... if I knew where a 2.5l mj was thats auto it'd be 4.56's? Cause I know where one is... It has the shifter on the column though. Would that mean it's a 3spd w/ 3.73's?
  8. Always heard 2.5l with auto was 4.56?
  9. Your probably going to have to drill the bolts completely out and then chase the threads with a tap.. Going about it any other way will probably be a waste of time. Well that is if their rust welded in there.
  10. My wish is a speedy recovery of America. + a 2 story, 4 bay, insulated, shop with lift 2 bays being walk through, a large added back room for CNC and tools, large office, full bath, and a downdraft heated paint booth. And a complete set of snapon tools. And a frame table. And a John Deere 4430 with a front end loader. And a Cat 262C Skid Steer. That is all.
  11. Just an old saying based on the longevity of the 4.0. The 4.0 is one tough engine.
  12. I think thats a lil much. If you can talk them down to 7, still iffy. All this is under the assumption the linked jeep is for parts.. As for a driver then, its according to the shape of the jeep. I've seen worse for more. Its kinda got some high miles, but the 4.0 is just getting broke it. But the chassis has high miles, so be prepared to spend a lil on the oddball things. Its really according to how well it was taking care of and driven.
  13. WTF!!!! Wahoo is going to be pissed you stole his oil filter!!!!!! :rotfl2: I want to see the payment!!! :brows:

  17. Sqirt some 3 in 1 oil into the idler pully. It might just be a lil dry and rusty.
  18. Do they have the concept Jeep Hurricane in it?
  19. Best wishes for her a speedy recovery. Prayer sent... ;)
  20. lmao... I was so about to say, "I see SWII's shirt!!!" I can't wait to wear my pink one!!
  21. I saw one of these the other day I thought it looked pretty good.. That must mean something as I'm not really a Ford guy at all...
  22. You can test the booster by pulling the vac line off it and plugging it .. You sure you got the right sensor for it? There are two different ones, one for the full gauge, one for the dummy light. You can't use one for another..
  23. Isolate the problem... take the cluster back out and crank it and see if it still has I high idle.. Ive never heard of a cluster swap causing a high idle... :hmm:
  24. That picture looks backwards to me for some reason.. You think you can pull the seal off your old rod and put the rod into the new one?
