  1. Yes... that is nice. But what's nice about the other adjustables, is you can replace the TRE without needing to buy a new bar.
  2. It wouldn't have to get re-titled until it was fixed and ready for plates.
  3. PlayStation 3 Pete. C'mon, you're not that old.
  4. I doubt I could even get a hammer in there let alone swing it. You must have had the radiator out or the engine out. I've done it both ways. :dunno:
  5. I'll store if nooone has room.
  6. 4k
  7. Will do! Make sure you get the wheels straight by driving forward and back a few times before doing this. Then, when adjusting the turnbuckle, make sure the steering wheel is unlocked. I know it's a  fact, but it's amazing how often that little detail is overlooked, myself included.
  8. Your trackbar must be different than most. Every adjustable trackbar I've seen had a threaded end on the frame side, with a regular TRE in it for the adjustments.
  9. I'm assuming you don't have AC. Looks like the connector for the AC clutch.

    Crusher Time

    :wall:
  11. You won't need to plug the holes. Coolant doesn't flow through the tranny cooler section, auto trans fluid does. With no automatic, there's no fluid going through there at all.
  12. Sorry, but traveling that far really isn't in the cards right now... best I could do was just outside of St. Louis on a WI trip... and I'd have to be by myself, which probably won't happen for awhile yet.
  13. Looks like you're about 9 hours away. :waving:
  14. Damn. Was hoping you were close, I'd be all over it.
  15. Where are you located? This isn't something you really wanna do with the shipping charges.
  16. Unfortunately the Comanche bicycle was never offered in 2wd :( I think you had to get the Rubicon version for that.
  17. You'll want an adjustable trackbar.
  18. If you decide all that extra cost is worth it, personally I would ditch the lift shackles, go back to factory, and get a set of 3 inch leaf packs.
  19. I actually didn't notice anything was wrong until I read the description and saw that it was rolled...
  20. It's 10x more annoying to your neighbors if you take the steering wheel/horn stuff apart at 10:00 P.M. without disconnecting the battery. :rotf: :rotf:

    Seriously?

    It didn't get cold here.
  22. A pipe wrench is a good start. I would also douse the threaded part by the TRE with PB a few times, let it sit for awhile, and then give it a shot. It's amazing what PB can accomplish. Every Jeep mechanic should keep a can or two of this stuff around at all times.

    Seriously?

Me? Yes. But I think you're misunderstanding me. I'm pissed that I'm getting so little snow. I want more. I'm from WI, I'm used to the beginning of spring bringing days with a High of 70 and a Low of 20.
  24. Ok, I'll have to look into that next time I'm in WI.
  25. Harmonic Balancer Installer? I always got a kick out of those. I've always tapped it on with hammer enough to get the bolt to thread 3 or 4 times, then I just tighten the bolt to put it on. It's worked perfectly every time.
