  1. I think I will get the 33/9.50/15 like you have. Stick her up there and forgetta-bout it.
  2. Just put it up to see if it would fit :waving:
  3. I have yet to hear of anyone trying to use the stock spare location under the bed for a larger (33") tire? I decided to try it out today and the fricking thing fits - well %7BSMILIES_PATH%7D%5C/jamminz.gif . Sure it hangs down a bit, but I could get a 33" pizza cutter to stay up there permanently and keep the 33x13x15 on the swing out carrier. /uploads/archive/d1d1f007ff2e0e0e850829beea2fff7b/e69e395804a22c6daad58ad82c64dcb7.jpg /uploads/archive/d1d1f007ff2e0e0e850829beea2fff7b/5e6fe9579f94038ec32c0e60c9b10155.jpg /uploads/archive/d1d1f007ff2e0e0e850829beea2fff7b/cacb79b020d76eef54380bce236eb9ae.jpg
  4. I am missing something? I have never heard of anyone using the stock spare location under the bed for a 33" tire? I tried it out and the fricking thing fits - well . Sure it hangs down a bit, but I could get a 33" pizza cutter to stay up there permanently. I have the LWB, but has anyone else tried this?
  5. Same here  . I was shocked at how well it worked. I would have been screwed with out it. - Rich
  6. Oh yeah  , I had Friday off. I spent the day working on my rear bumper. I drilled a hole in the swing out tire carrier. Now I can lock down the Hi-Lift jack -> Locked up -> I also needed to get the bumper supports mounted up and bolted in. I had to drill and tap two new holes in the rear -> I got to use my right angle drill for the first time -> The new bolt in place -> I got the supports in and used a come-a-long to get the bumper to fit snugly in place -> The bumper fits perfectly. Now I just need to send it off to get powder coated!
  7. Maybe you just need to tighten up the front end, or get an alignment / shocks? Mine is wonderful on the highway - 70 miles a day @ 70mph w/33'' tires. I will give you that I am used to driving CJ's, so it’s like driving a Caddy in comparison. Never had a truck before, so I can't compare that for you. I do prefer it over my Explorer - but it is a jeep thing. Don't get that it sucks to work on :huh???: . Sounds like you may not be a jeep person? Nothing wrong with that . Good luck - Now sell it to one of us ;)
  8. My lift did not come with shocks - 1) Shocks & 2) bump stops.
  9. Thanks Pete
  10. I don't remember placing the "FL" in front of my title in the classified section, but it is there :dunno: . Does anybody know if that happens automatically, or do I need to thank Eagle/offroader461 for the add-on? Thanks - Rich
  11. Very cool build-up  . Nice color choice as well - Rich
  12. oops beat me to it. I have that plug, but is connected to something else? It has a matching end that goes into the wiring harness - towards the battery.
  13. So who are the 3 friends you are getting to help you meet your 11 inch goal? :rotfl2:  I am in for two!
  14. Articulate may not be the best word to describe it? Mine have three positions. Something like this -> Center - Off, Bottom - On, Top - On when door is open. Did yours not have this?
  15. Sorry, but this in an appropriate time to break out one of my favorite movie quotes-> hornbrod, "I do believe you are talking out your @$$." Floyd to Red in The Shawshank Redemption
  16. Here ya go Wahoo........ Gosh Darnet, that is why I don't post pictures on the internet :headpop: . Less than a 5 hours on the web and her picture is being used for some sick and twisted YouTube audio.
  17. No No No, she is Real :fs1: - Real Nice!
  18. Don't lie, my girl gets your heart racing like a defib :brows: . That is the B-100 Countour Probe. It is a magnetic particle testing unit use to find defects in ferrous metal. I is basically a hand held electromagnet manufactured here in Florida by Parker Research Corporation.
  19. :needpics: Just couldn't resist. What a trusting bunch of guys :shake: . In order to put this all to rest, I have the pictures. 1) My "handy" work -> 2) Not only is she a model, it’s like she was made for me. Its uncanny, but we share all the same passions . . . White Wine and Vanilla Ice Cream (not that cheap stuff, Breyers with the real Vanilla Bean specks), Tiger Woods Golf (she always lets me win!), the new season of Dexter with Jimmy Smits. Feel free to look all you want , but don’t touch -> Don't tell her I said this, but that is her "frisky" look.
  20. I am one of the lucky ones when it comes to having a good job that I love. But in my dream job I would be a Firefighter. The more attainable dream is to pick up 100 acre cattle ranch and raise Australian Shepherds. The cattle would only be for the tax write-off, and herding fodder. It could happen ;)
  21. :jump: Dude, is this true?? I was gonna put on my 5 that I once was a professional hand model, but then explain that was just part of my pick up routine in my younger days to break the ice with the ladies!! Got a lot of laughs out of that one, can't say it brought one home with me more than a couple of times though. :rotf: Do you really want me to spoil it for you? Lets just say two of my five are true :brows:.
  22. 1) I did some Hand Modeling for an American Manufacturing Company ~ I hear I have a cult like following in China. 2) I sleep with the light on ~ thanks “Uncle” Brewy 3) I believe that bullets kill people, not guns 4) I get massive anxiety attacks from flannel ~ again, thanks “Uncle” Brewy 5) I married a model.
  23. Impact, I got the Reflexxion Steel Cowl Induction hood from a local dealer. You can get them out of the Quadratec catalogue too. I know of one member on here who got one used :clapping: . Check out this guys build - it's awesome  -> viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4826 Try to get it local (avoid freight), or used if you can - they are pricey. - Rich
  24. :agree: x3
  25. Yeah, it is  . I wanted some more side protection, so I passed on yours. You have the first  . Front bumper does look nice. I am going to get back on Mike about the Rock Rails next week. - Rich
