  1. Going by eBay prices I have $4,000 of tail lights in a bin.
  2. I just want the truck to be driveable since it has not done that well since 2015.
  3. I almost used this to get a turbocharger for my MJ.
  4. I use a 700+ CCA group 34 battery. This stroker engine with its higher compression ratio is brutal on the starter motor and battery. The AutoCraft Gold battery that just hit five years old has been repeatedly drained fully and still more or less holds a charge. I will probably have to replace it in the next year.
  5. Chris actually emailed me directly to let me know the new plugin was out.
  6. I had someone follow me home and it was super obvious they were following me. A man got out with their kid though and just wanted information on what to look for when buying one for his kid that really wanted a MJ. Multiple people have stopped at the house asking about it. I moved and now it gets parked inside the shop. I have a rusted out decoy MJ parked on the property.
  7. As far as I can tell this is an issue with Tapatalk's forum plug-in. We had to upgrade IP.Board to the newer version(4.3.0) to plug security holes, but the Tapatalk plug-in has not been updated on their web site since November 2017. We are basically waiting for them to update the plug-in at this point.
  8. I updated Tapatalk from 1.4.4 to 1.4.6 on the forums that supposedly helps fix this issue. Give it a try.
  9. New throttle body: 10% throttle is about 1,200 RPM. I got all the idle control setup including high idle warm up. Throttle tip-in is still hesitating and acting weird so it stumbles, jumps to 2,000 RPM, and does peg leg burn outs from every stop. Then the battery died. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  10. Just a PWM motor and analog TPS. No IAC motor which is why I had to drop from the huge GM DBW to the smaller "Fiat"(It's actually a GEMA/Chrysler/Hyundai one) since the idle is dictated by the overall size of the throttle body and the stock at rest blade opening. The APP/accelerator pedal is from some GM truck/SUV. This new throttle body actually calibrated super fast, is quieter, and more responsive than the GM throttle body.
  11. This Fiat throttle body is actually working out amazingly. I need to fix the idle control settings in the ECU, but it idles at 1,200 RPM with the throttle 10% open. It keeps trying to snap back to the old 0.7% throttle idle and choking it. The stock intake tube fits on tight, but it works.
  12. I made an another adapter for a Fiat DBW throttle body off a 2.4L Tigershark engine in a junk yard Dodge Dart. I just need to wire it up and test it. Now that the home is more homely as I settle in I am getting time to get back to this.
  13. The hail that hit Meridianville hit the house I just had a new roof put on to be able to put it up for sale. I have to go check it tonight for damage.
  14. Got you covered, Sam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sIKk8UCQyk
  15. House is half the square footage(3,600 to 1,800) and built in 1975. Triple the land size. Previous owners did a lot of essential remodeling, but I just have to go through to do all the tidying up. Electrical issues and that sort of thing. I have always been north of Huntsville, but it is easier to list Huntsville since that is where I spend most of my time working. Yes, a toilet and a sink with a water heater. We keep trying to do a southeast CC meet up. I have the space to host one now. Assuming I sell this giant RV carport on the property I will be able to buy a vehicle lift from that.
  16. 30'x50' shop, full plumbing, heating, and cooling. Miata is a friend's that needed space to toss an engine into it. The Comanche just needs to sit there mildly broken as usual. There is a house with this place too. Mortgage payment will be less than the house I am moving out of.
  17. Like this one?
  18. This is fixed now.
  19. I am trying to figure this out now. Kind of dumb that it is different for the Members group.
  20. You are not wrong. It is the best thing the aftermarket could do in this situation to help differentiate search results and search engine optimization.
  21. Some of the interior parts specific to the LJ have TJ-L or TJ-U marked on them depending on who manufactured them.
  22. Learn welding and fabrication then call up Blue Torch Fab in Birmingham to see if they are hiring. When it comes to following an ambition be prepared to move to a new place.
  23. The desktop site is the mobile site. The skin is a responsive design. If you are on a desktop and shrink your browser window horizontally you can watch the skin adapt to fit the smaller viewing size.
  24. We do not control Tapatalk and I do not recommend that anyone uses Tapatalk. I only install it as an option for club members that insist on having it.
  25. I pulled it off the 1997 XJ donor.
