  1. 66mm to 68mm in various spots. It is not a perfect circle.
  2. John, I am assuming that to get an endorsed by a vehicle owner club that Comanche Club would need to register with the UK DVLA? I found information about form V765, but not how clubs become registered as official vehicle owner clubs.
  3. Left on the list: Longer MAP hose for the AEM F/IC 3/8" power steering return hose Fabricate intermediate pipe from header to catalytic converter. Figure out air box.(Silicon pieces I bought are not fitting 100%.)
  4. Yes, full 1997+ setup with all emissions controls present. Thanks! :D
  5. New Belt and Tensioner Setup Supercharger Hung Linkages, Fuel Line, and Power Steering Feed Line - It all runs neatly between the intake manifold and supercharger. Getting creative with the vacuum ports and right angle brass fittings. A very nice 68mm throttle body from Painless Performance.
  6. It was in the donor Jeep and I had to do nothing. :D Also, higher towing and pay load capacity.
  7. The exhaust still needs an intermediate pipe from the header past the transfer case. Now that the header is done I can work on that and finishing all the other little pieces. Header paint does a great job of hiding hideous welds. Fiberglass header wrap; only need on the first six inches or so to get the heat away from the intake manifold. Intake Manifold Installed
  8. My brain melted reading this comment. Of course they fit all models and it says it comes with extensions.
  9. Those swap meet booths are ridiculously huge for $25.
  10. 32" tires, but close!
  11. I forgot. :(
  12. Especially not if the person has been to my house before. :P
  13. It ended up being the one who came by to buy the bed liner.
  14. How'd that work out for ya? Haha, just kidding, that really is.. odd, to say the least, that someone went through the trouble of locating you and placing a note at your door. Heh. :P It could have been someone I sold parts too before, but I do not remember anyone in this particular age range or from their picture.
  15. I am definitely not a cartoon! I do not mind being called either. I consider my life on the internet and my life in the real world to be separate. How I portray myself online may not be indicative of how I am in real life. In many cases on purpose confusion being done to obscure the ability to locate me easily through searches.
  16. Clean the hell out of the battery terminals and battery posts with some light sand paper until they are shiny then retighten the terminals. I had the same crazy gauges issue with my LJ. The PCMs from that generation will get stuck in a reboot loop due to voltage drop while the PCM is booting. Basically, the PCM boots which causes a sudden voltage drop due to bad connection, shut off, and then get power back as the voltage comes back up then automatically rebooting since the PCM is attempting to fail safely. Incidentally that PCM reboot loop issue is also what killed my last battery since it started doing it while I was at work all day.
  17. I arrived home and found a folded up note stuffed in a baggy through the front door handle. It has my online forum name on it asking for advice on Comanches and includes a name and phone number to call. So, now that I know your home address from that, why don't you post your forum name? :P Now I have no idea if I talked to this person before.
  18. They are used to shim the pads where they slide along the knuckle. It is useful for worn knuckles to get it back into specification to reduce noise and irregular wear.
  19. Click download on the album information.
  20. I painted it with Rust-Oleum Universal Red engine enamel. That is actually a replacement I picked up from the junk yard on Friday since I discovered the one I removed was rusting on the inside and clogging the injectors.
  21. Built a bus bar from a door shim since the only post was crowded.(Cover not shown.) Cleaned up all the other wiring and fix some wire loom issues. An unfortunate meeting of many accessory wiring harnesses. The new headlight wiring harness, weatherproof relays, and connections. It is entirely built into the stock harness and is conservatively rated to handle 100 watts per bulb. Power routing over top of the fans. Low Beams - 55 watt - Impressively bright. High Beams - 60 watt - Everything is visible when driving with these on.
  22. Based on the data logging and information I calculated putting a 56mm pulley on the supercharger would settle it nicely in that lower power band. I plan on installing and tuning for the stock 58mm pulley first. I spend a bunch of time calculating before I do things since I prefer to figure out things on my own then just trust what I find on the internet. I was in the garage earlier measuring for what exhaust bends I need to order. Assuming all goes well I will be tearing it apart over the next month.
  23. I picked up a deep jaw digital caliper and measured it across the top of the splines at exactly 6.5".
  24. You quoted the post above with the picture I put up showing the back side of the shackle hangers welded to the main and secondary frame mounts. The outer back edge weld to the side of the main mount, the inner back edge to the bumper rear and secondary mount, and a few other spots in there that are hard to see.
