Thank you for the welcoming :) Nice to finally find a group who shares my passion of Comanches. I was getting tired of the guys making fun of me every time i whipped around to look at a Comanche passing me on the road. lol

9 inch was trash...it came out of a older mustang so it was 27 spline drum brake. It would have cost so much more to build. The 8.8 is only .2 of an inch smaller in ring size and it offers rear discs.

VERY NICE RIG!!

I have one suggestion, You need to get a cover for that winch. I have the identical winch and synthetic line setup. I like the neoprene Ramsey cover. Its stretches over everything.

The synthetic line is degraded by the UV in sunlight. The loop where the hook attaches is especially susceptible to failure. this is where synthetics get a bad rap...

Scratch that last post. Found the Warn covers. Thanks for the heads up. I can tell how the sun has already affected the line from only one summer of exposure.

#1 killer of synthetic lines!!!

In comp they replace them YEARLY!!! MOSTLY because of UV damage!!!

Like I said, I have the SAME winch set-up as you do.

It fits mine very nicely, I moved my solenoids to top center of the winch.
