Bought a new home with a lot next to it, so I’m putting up a 30x26’ steel garage next to it. I have to bring in fill dirt to get it level with the house

I will post pictures along the way. As soon as it’s up, I’m bringing the Comanche up here :beerbang:

Saturday night the fire truck was parked for what seemed like hours. I have no blinds on my windows yet, so the lights were lighting up my room. Unfortunately the guys house burnt up. Talked to him and the cause of the fire was arson. His ex came over and lit the place up. Really feel bad for the guy ->

It was a 100 foot straight shot. It is butting up to the neighbors fence, so that side was already done. I have the nice side facing in which is not the common way to to install them, but I guess I’m that guy :dunno:.

I was supposed to have the sod here by Friday but their forklift died mid lift on the trailer->

Waiting on the engineering plans, so I can get the permits to start the cement pad and garage.

I would've done the same. If I'm the one paying for it, I want to look at the nice side.

Weeks of hearing that the sod will be delivered tomorrow it arrived. Sometimes being assertive  helps motivation. Started laying it down ->

Feels like I have been here before . Not in the new garage yet, but it will only be parked outside for a few weeks.

A lot of free time these days, so I'm organizing my pictures. I found one with the topper on it and went "that looks pretty good if I say so myself" ->
