Anyone ever use a Drill Doctor to sharpen their bits? My wife bought one for me over 20 years ago (even came with a VHS instruction tape ) and I finally used it yesterday. I had a broken 3/8” bit that I sharpened, I was surprised how well it worked! Used it to drill 18 holes through 1/4” stainless steel, it worked like a charm.

It doesn't compare to a commercial unit like the one I use at work. However it is a great tool to have and is a great option for occasional use. The one I have uses a diamond wheel which is courser than I would prefer, but it still get the job done.
