JVC and Pioneer both make single DIN radios that fit MJ/XJ dashboards.

They offer models that are Bluetooth/USB, and some also have CD capabilities as well.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a new radio without Bluetooth. Crutchfield will be helpful here. You can filter out result for single din and Bluetooth. This is a nice option that has a somewhat period correct look without all the gloss black and rainbow color displays

Do you happen to have model numbers by chance

If you search on Amazon, you can find multiple choices there.   If you don’t mind paying a bit more, Crutchfield offers a searchable database of their offerings, plus an installation kit that will make installation and hookup much faster, if you lack a wiring diagram and a soldering iron.

I also have that Kenwood radio. It fits well no need to trim the dash bezel just don't use the included trim price and you are good to go. I mounted mine by drilling some extra holes in the factory bracket and mounting the original bracket to the new radio. It may take a few tries to get it perfectly square with the dash bezel.

I have an old pioneer cd player in mine with a USB and an aux port in it. Just bought this and after 11 years of ownership I have Bluetooth!

A few years ago when he was still doing them, I had Jeremy restore the original deck in my truck and add an aux input. I chose to go with Rockford Fosgate RFBTRCA transmitter. It simply has a 3.5mm audio output and power input. It's much smaller than I expected, and I just double sided taped it in the back of the glovebox. It would only work if you have an aux input, but it's a good cheap option.
