Muncher Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 Really cool rig. I've been following along from the first video of it
Eagle Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 Does this mean Matt is going to retire the yellow Cherokee?
Muncher Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 Does this mean Matt is going to retire the yellow Cherokee? Hopefully not
Pete M Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 I don't really see a lot of... windows in that thing, so I doubt it's going to be the main tow rig just yet. Moab is awesome.

MiNi Beast Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 i love his build. love the front grill. guys and gals did great on it.
oldmanche Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 I wonder if he has shown all his "shakedown" runs - I only noticed one prior run and they did not have any problems. That thing is a beast.

Jesse J Posted April 18, 2021 Author Posted April 18, 2021 wow I'm suprised a libby got that far. I bet @Pete Misnt
Pete M Posted April 18, 2021 Posted April 18, 2021 I'm surprised that anything gets anywhere on street tires.
Jesse J Posted April 18, 2021 Author Posted April 18, 2021 yeah same not to mention get rolled over jeez
Pete M Posted April 18, 2021 Posted April 18, 2021 it would seem there's a decent chance they just weren't looking and caught the edge with a tire. bummer. but in other cases, the chances of rolling over due to uneven terrain (or hitting a tree, or nailing your rockers on a berm, etc) increase substantially as speed increases. and speeds need to increase to bandaid the traction limitations of street tires.
Jesse J Posted April 20, 2021 Author Posted April 20, 2021 Yeah that's likely what happened. still a bummer
