Hell yeah you should! Be sure to grab the pedals and driveshafts (only grab the front if its a shortbed) too. You will need them for your swap. 5 speed for the win!

it's an 88 which got the peugeot from the factory :(

dangit :fistshake2: aww well. lIkely I'll go tomorrow I need to cash a paycheck first and just everything so Idk might grab the steering column though

it's possible it's been swapped.  can't know for sure without crawling underneath. :L:

yeah Hopefully it has a tan interior but unlikely.

It wouldn't hurt to check the trans though. Here is a pic of the Ax-15 and BA10. The BA10 is on the right. The difference is circled.

Holy cow, we all were commenting on this at the same time. That was wild. I just read through all of this and Pete and I are pretty much saying the same thing. :laugh:

oh yeah Me and my dad just bought a bunch of mac sockets and extensions and a milwaulkee 1/2 impact and 3/8 ratchet and some mat co combo wrenches:laugh2:

be sure to undo all the interior and then remove the stickshift tower before dropping the trans/crossmember.  you'll only forget to do that once.  :laugh:

Good. Bring as much as you can to the JY. These Jeeps don't like giving up their parts easily.

Maybe $200 on the high end. Anything less than $300 would probably be a good deal though.
