the General Chief Electric stove-sink-fridge combo from the 1950s.

 

I always thought that electricity and water didn't mix, but I apparently was wrong...

I'm guessing some people learned about electricity and water from that experience...

This was well before home alone 2 but thats what comes to mind potentially when operating that appliance

Imagine pulling into an auto shop back in the day because there was a noise up front... the estimated bill reads out " 2 diff rebuilds, 2 new driveshafts" add the mechanical witchcraft that goes into that power divider behind the trans. I'd get a kick out of putting my greasy fingers into one of those for sure.
