Just posting some pics tonight.

I replaced my rear soft line with braided ss today, couple of inches longer too.

In the last couple of weekends, I pulled the front axle AGAIN, cleaned up, painted (again). This time I raised the front 1.25" and pushed it forward 7/8". New shocks, new yoke, and new JKS track bar. I also filled in the passenger side UCA mount.

Ratcheting 1/4 wrench takes all the work out of getting the doors off.

Doors are in perfect shape, no dents or rust, if anyone wants to buy them.

I spy CV shafts... what's the front axle from?

The axle came from a '94 XJ and the shafts are from a (IIRC) '98 ZJ.

I won't be climbing over boulders..........guys complain CVs are weak but these have held up well and it steers real smooth.

I decided to repair my worn hinges this way. I could not get the pins to move so I cut them out and used brass washers to make up the difference. They are so nice and tight now, I can't wait to have doors that actually swing like they are supposed to. :)
