Jeep Driver Posted June 19, 2017 Author Posted June 19, 2017 Just posting some pics tonight. I replaced my rear soft line with braided ss today, couple of inches longer too. In the last couple of weekends, I pulled the front axle AGAIN, cleaned up, painted (again). This time I raised the front 1.25" and pushed it forward 7/8". New shocks, new yoke, and new JKS track bar. I also filled in the passenger side UCA mount.

Jeep Driver Posted July 15, 2017 Author Posted July 15, 2017 Got the Synergy links installed, the only thing I thought was lacking was painted rod ends, otherwise, very high quality. Also, the new Teraflex dampener.

Jeep Driver Posted August 20, 2017 Author Posted August 20, 2017 Bodywork is the most difficult thing I've done car related. Most of my highs-n-lows are inherent in the stamping, although it did have a couple of dings to get out.

I won't be climbing over boulders..........guys complain CVs are weak but these have held up well and it steers real smooth.

I could not get the pins to move so I cut them out and used brass washers to make up the difference. They are so nice and tight now, I can't wait to have doors that actually swing like they are supposed to. :)

Jeep Driver Posted September 5, 2017 Author Posted September 5, 2017 I bought the HF stud welder today, the thing actually works. Learning curve.......I had to fill in a couple of pin holes with the mig. I put a straight edge to it and it's actually pretty good, good enough for Bondo.
