Cab Vents

Has anyone ever deleted the cab vents and smoothed them over?

Not mine , but I did pull the dually flares off of it at the JY

When I got my truck the PO smoothed out the where the vent panels were and I had to peeled the bondo out to put back the vents and panels

Just a heads up, the cab vents are a useful feature that allows pressure to equalize safely and quickly between the inside and outside of the truck. You may have trouble with proper ventilation and door closing if you plug them up.

This thing is sick with an ls1 and shaved vents looks good but I just prefer the vents

I also will add you don't have to worry about your comanche being air tight lol if you decide you like the looks and shave them

As you can see, South of the border shaving the cab vents is popular along with the 2500 front-end and ls swaps!

I honestly prefer the vents.... its too large and plain without them.
