Engine identification need help it was a swap

I bought this mj not to long ago and need help with identifying the engine . It came with this swap and I have no clue what's original on the engine and what was swapped .

 

 

 

 

The oil filter is visible threw the top ... If you guys need any pics of another angle let me know

Looks like a H.O 4.0L to me.

4.0 HO with an aftermarket valve cover and a relocated windshield washer bottle. Can you take a shot of the right side of the engine? I don't see the PDC (Power Distribution Center).

Hook up the vacuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator .

Thank you guys .. I ordered the wrong vacuum hose that I received today and did not fit .. Ima try the 91-92 Comanche vacuum hose ..

On the passenger side of the engine block, near the distributor, there should be a flat, oblong boss with a series of characters stamped in it. Post what those numbers are -- those are the engine build codes.
