Fernando87mj Posted February 28, 2015 Author Share Posted February 28, 2015 I do have plans for the jeep in the future thought once I get funds I plan on -converting to 4 wheel drive and update and replace worn out suspension parts -replace ba10-5 with a ax15 with transfer case and external slave so I never go through the hell of replacing the slave again . - 95/96 xj booster -update and fix exhaust system - new upgrade injectors -new carpet -roll bar -black paint job -Turbines or moab wheels -Bucket seats -replace iac and O2 and cps just for preventative maintenance Rebuild 4.0 (when the time comes) My goal is to make her look like this one day The list is pretty Long and overwhelming but I can only dream and set goals for my jeep , even sometimes it is a pain in the @$$ sometimes but it makes me happy and is my therapy and This truck has so much sentimental value to me. This truck is the reason why I know what I will do for the rest of my life and the reason why I'm so into jeeps . This jeep has been a part of the family since I was five and now has been passed down to me and I WILL fix her up and make her look like the one from the picture . Added some door speakers to her too and am very happy with how the rear and front speakers sound :) . Truck originally came equipped with only rear speakers so it's didn't have the wiring connectors or the rubber from the door that protects them but 1 jy visit later and I'm in business ! Fernando87mj Posted May 27, 2015 Author Share Posted May 27, 2015 Done some progress on her , got a overhead console for when I put a new headliner in her Also picked up some new rotors for her because it's shaking when braking , still need wheel bearings so I haven't installed them Did some preventative maintenance on her because I'm a maintenance freak and I'm paranoid about my beloved jeep , Adjusted tps And tested the cps sensor because I'm paranoid and I don't want to be left without my jeep , scored good so that's a huuuuuuuuuuuge weight off my shoulders , still going to order a spare from summit racing and keep it in my glove box for peace in mind , Also cleaned out my c101 connector for more preventative maintenance And I finally found a center console for the jeep after countless disappointing visits to the jy , It was dirty as hell but I wasn't giving up Finally cleaned and installed in the truck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fernando87mj Posted August 13, 2015 Author Share Posted August 13, 2015 Then later on my lower rad hose blew and this happened So I got all new hoses on the jeep and the lower installed with the spring Decided to go ahead and replace the water pump Later I got some Comanche buckets and Bolted those in , drivers side is torn a bit and won't fold but I'll fix it later on and get the seat re done . Fernando87mj Posted December 16, 2015 Author Share Posted December 16, 2015 Really Small update , it's been a while but the jeep is being DD to school and it's been performing great ,the idle is a bit low but I'm positive it's the iac , the cat and exhaust has been installed , and exhaust rattle is now gone . It's a flow master cat with a walker sound fx , sounds pretty stockish but with a slightly deeper tone , also took her a bit off-road , pretty easy trail since its 2wd with a lsd Poser shot Also had the white lettering flipped on the tires , really happy with the look Later on I plan to instal new Carpet and insulation ,the old vinyl is a mess but currently gets covered with a mat interior shot for like the 1000x time because why not.
