Well the 1988 Comanche needed a refresh ,.. After a collision and a hit and run I decided it needed not just mending but a full refresh,...

Rolling in,..

And the repairs begin

1.5hrs later

And we continue,...

Box mending

Frame prep,..

Guide coats going on after a white primer:

Block sanding in progress

More to come,... Now do I stay original colour or go white with pearls? White? Maybe blue pearl???

I considered 2 tone but I have another truck for that,,,

This is off subject but what size tires are you running?

I like the white myself and a pearl would look sweet!

Well today was the day it made its trek home :)

It's now in good company again,..

Tucked away for reassembly Whoooot!!!

Looking plain,..

Watching it bounce on the way home I am really unsure how much I can lower the stance without the wheels contacting the fenders on the front,..

Rear has lots of room to work with though!

I'm such a sucker for a clean, white MJ. Really looking forward to seeing this all put back together!

Grill assembly should be here Monday!

Front end parts are tricking in,... reassembly has been slower than expected with the new baby. Hope to get the box bolted down, tank back in and back on the road soon! Lots of tedious work repainting parts, trim, and soon to line the bed.
