JeepcoMJ
I'm absolutely disgusted with this country, and my state. especially since a conservative got this state's ledger back in black for the first time in over 20 years.

JeepcoMJ
Please don't let Obama beat my MJ. My MJ has done more for this country than he has just by providing transportation for me. After 3 years in Iraq, loss of my right leg, and still no VA compensation after two years of appeals and four congressional inquiries, don't let that guy beat my Jeep! Edit: The last states just came in,,,, looks like its too late....me and my MJ are going down to the local pub to drink away our sorrows. you know, becoming an alcoholic just may make the next 4 years bareable. Guest
Like it or not, this is going to be a long 4 years; honestly figured Obama was going to win it, irregardless of the BS he and the other backroom politicians have put us all through the last 4 years. Only 10 more months I have to live sober-ly through all this. Come 2016, I'm writing in for Jay's Jeep. CC is going to win one dang it! :fs2:
jimoshel
The White house announces Obama is raising taxes on alcohol. Seems to think it's a sure bet for revenue enhancement. Politicians exempted.
Comanche County
A few more votes and I can demand a recount. Trust me the recount is the more peaceable solution of the two running through my head right now.

shawn
Well I'm proud to live in Washington. Tonight we legalized weed and same-sex marriage. I'm okay with this. yup , absolutely proud to be nieghbours. that is gonna be good for b.c. too. (what happened with oregon?) here's what someone on my fb had to say about the election, which is how most outside of the u.s.seem to feel. " I agree mostly, but Obama is much, much better then Romney would have been. Remember Obama has a republican house to deal with. He now has the senate so we will see how this goes. He did go along with much of the Bush regimes insane policies and he did hide it behind a slick facade but he did instigate a few socially beneficial domestic policies. He has butted heads with the apartheid state of Israel but he is murdering people with weekly drone attacks which violates international law. Truly he is unacceptable for any state but for the united states he is is a centrist... did anyone expect more?... remember, its the old U.S. of A. I say we focus on our own lunatic, Harper and Co. In terms of Canadian politics Harper is the most insane corporate shill we have ever had. Time to get our own house in order and forget about the U.S. or China... we must kick out these multinational corporations wherever they are from and nationalize and protect our natural capital from any further pillaging from within or from abroad. Plus, gaining complete sovereignty would be nice... England and its banks still owns our @$$ and may still own a chunk of the U.S.. Our grandchildren are depending on us, Canadians to do, peacefully, the right and responsible thing. Peace~D" but i also saw a funnier version

JeepcoMJ
Obama did not win popular vote. Whether the electoral college is, as Obama says, outdated....it's there. Although the electoral votes are not actually cast until december, we can guess which way they go off of the percentage of the state, and that is historically accurate. I hope he realizes that he won because the population the states that did swing blue are all the "burden of America", not the ones that help america...and that the rest of us are demanding that things improve. I hope that Obama can pull his head out of his rectum, look at those facts, and actually accomplish something positive.
Dadinator
Election Results Candidate Popular vote Percentage Electoral votes (270 to win) Barack Obama 59725608 50% 303 Mitt Romney 57098650 48% 206 On Google, it shows he did... BTW, I voted. Will be interesting to see what the national debt does this next 4 years.

Dadinator
Agreed. But looks like he got the popular vote as well. 59725608 to 57098650 on that google post. Though, I'm still amazed by it...
