Wanker
Here is an '89 Manche I'm looking at tomorrow. Hopefully everything goes swimmingly and I'll be driving it this weekend. Let me know what you guys think, and if you have any suggestions on "upgrades". :clapping: Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found It's a 4.0L, auto, 2WD ( :( )

BLHTAZ
Very nice looking truck. I think I would put a small lift (3 - 3.5") and some 31's on it, dress it up a little and call it good.

SOA, stroke and lock it, cut the fenders and go 35's  sorry, been hanging around Pat too long..... Jeff (all kidding aside, that's a clean looking MJ. If the floors are solid, I'd probably tune it and DD it.....)

Pete M
I would: -pull up the carpets and check for moisture -replace the battery cables if they are even slightly aged -check the condition of all the front suspension and steering -oil change, air and fuel filters, -trans filter (not a full flush though, I'd just replace what came out when I dropped the pan) -Check the gear oil level in rear axle, -completely bleed out the brakes with new fluid . . . Sir Sam
your first upgrade should be to convert it to 4 wheel drive.

Wanker
No go on the truck. Brakes needed a lot of worked. Interior smelled like mildew. Engine bay looked like it had been at the bottom of a lake for 20 years. Two 10" subs in a huge box behind a bench seat makes it seem like your driving with your chest. Plus the guy was a total butthole, and unwilling to deal at all. Going to look at two more this weekend.
