I do have the single window slider, so if it's that, it's not what I'm looking for. Dual pane slider is the key, if you have an extra. For all I care, you could knock all the glass out, toss in the hardware, and call it a day, to save on shipping in the weight category. Thanks!

But...the marker lights...

$110/side for 84-96 XJ's $160/side for 97-01 XJ's Front fenders are not available as patch panels. For the 10hrs it would take to take off, and correctly weld in a replacement hunk of metal, you can spend the other 9.5hrs wheeling, drinking, watching TV, grilling steak, mackin some hot young broad, or whatever. Patch panels for rear quarters, your best bet is to check out a JY. bolt on panels, just head to one of the aforementioned places.

wow.... 4WD Hardware Quadratech They even have free catalogs you can have mailed to you like 5 times a year. Good bathroom reading/thinking material. I personally like 4wd's latest catalogs, they have some very informative articles about what to do when upgrading parts, how to choose parts, what will fit or need to be modified to use a certain part. They have really taken the idea of a catalog to a new level.

ooohhhhh....... Now that's much better! Anybody got one like those but with the side pieces of glass broken/cracked/whatever? I'd be using a Plexiglass replacement. The point of keeping a window there is to close off the back more or less during cold days to keep the cab warmer, and heat it up a little bit faster. I'll trade my single slider plus some George Washington's for one.

wow? Wow. -
What options for them are available out there? I know there is what I have, the single piece of glass in the center that slides to the passenger side to open. I think I saw someone's truck with a split sliding window. Is there anything available with a larger opening? I am looking for something that will offer me some room to use as a pass-through into the cab extension. What types of other trucks have the same size or ever-so-slightly different windows with larger openings? That tiny-@$$ opening just isn't going to cut it when I need to fit something into the cab extension, as the rear will almost definitely be sealed closed.

You are driving in a car at a constant speed. On your left side is a 'drop off' (The ground is 18-20 inches below the level you are traveling on) and on your right side is a fire engine traveling at the same speed as you. In front of you is a galloping horse which is the same size as your car and you can not overtake it. Behind you is another galloping horse. Both horses are also traveling at the same speed as you. What must you do to safely get out of this highly dangerous situation? GET YOUR DRUNK @$$ OFF THE MERRY-GO-ROUND!!!

Yep. cover it up if its only got one driveshaft, and throw a shifter in the hole for two. :D Makes life so much easier to swap to 4wd when there is no cutting, fabbing, or fancy ghetto rigging needed, and everything just bolts up.

Did you paint the headlights and marker lights?

That place is expensive!!! I think both 4wd and Quadratec are both like half that price. Also, for fenders, OMIX-ADA is 99% definitely their supplier, meaning their products are made in the USA.

I swear... I'm just going to get rich one day, start a wicked awesome business, and stamp out original parts for anything jeep... As well as some awesome aftermarket stuff... And it will all have this stamped in: "Proudly Designed, Assembled, and Packaged in the :USAflag:" Along with a quite nice price tag.

Here's a pic in the burnout pit (it was a cruise night for the local radio station) And here's some really cruddy video of him in the pit.

The one dude in our club runs a 4runner with a 'vette ls1 or ls2 under the hood. I'll see if I can find the video of him from a few weeks ago...

WTB - One VERY LARGE buffing wheel.

I hate that see-saw setup. more things to go wrong. I might have a throttle cable laying around off a late model XJ that I won't use.I think even the 93-96 XJ's have the same cable setup as the 97+. -

try the newer style linkage like from a late 90's model XJ or ZJ, even a WJ. just adjust where the cable routes around, and if it doesnt pull on the top, then put it on the bottom. Easier to explain if I was there, I know, but hopefully you understand what I'm getting at. -
It ain't the pink thing, its the ghey hand thing. No guy covers his mouth when he laughs, not that I know of at least, but I'm not from Michigan. Oh, and I got lot's of sploder's at the JY. Just get the keys for the front end loader, toss the forks under it, lift it, cut mounts, and toss on the trailer, put sploder back on the ground.

Write it backwards in sharpie, on your forehead. I'm sure it will work out a little faster. :D

Yea, i've been actually had money in my pocket to spend on myself/my toys for almost 2yrs now, it's kind of nice but gets boring... I haven't really touched the dating scene since college when I caught the damn bi+ch sleeping around, and I'm glad I didn't get that far with her, cause who knows what she had... I was in a recession for a few weeks, and then just didn't really bother with it cause i noticed the whole money thing. I'm slowly rising to the occasion... I would sure hope they don't turn out to be... -
hmm... I'm actually dreading turning 21... I don't drink much, so thats not a big deal for me, but its the fact that I need some sort of vision correctment before i renew my license. (note: avoid all those tiny bits of exposure to welding without proper equipment!) All those short times (spread over several years too) of looking at welding really messes your vision. I used to have 20/20, but now its probably like 20/60 or so, which sucks...

I fully condone and support this.
