  1. I still wish Dakota digital made clusters for us (Like they do for my Fullsizes) I did some poking with a tape measure and these look like they will fit. http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=219/category_id=69/mode=prod/prd219.htm Anything from the Ion series can be made to work for individual gauges. In the next few days I will get dimensions off the Wagoneer cluster. Size looks close

  3. Yeah if you like paying for the fenders and never being able to get in touch with them again. Getting the quote and the 10 day shipping estimate will take minutes. Ordered a set October 5th still fighting with the CC company. Hannemanns arrived in 3 weeks and I will be ordering matching bedsides this summer.
  4. Hanneman is good my front fenders arrived 3 days ago and bedsides will be ordered this summer. No idea how the fit will go but they look great on the shop floor right now. Just another option http://stores.zmjeeps.com/bed-side-mj-comanche/ I purchased my J20 fiberglass from Zack a few years ago transaction was smooth
  5. Thanks a ton miny thats what I was looking for right there. My lift schedule got pushed ahead because my transmission swap has forced me to use a 208J so easies way to fix my driveshaft issues is to lift the truck
  6. something fun to add in......... 1955-1975 CJ-5/6 front = 36" x 1.75" 1955-1975 CJ-5/6 rear = 42" X 1.75" 1976 on CJ front = 42.5" x 2" 1976 on CJ rear = 42" 2.5" YJ front = 42.5" x 2.5" YJ rear = 42" x 2.5" Late Wagoneer front = 42" x 2.5" with offset centering pin 2" Late Wagoneer rear = 52" x 2.5" (may be 48" i forget) Manche rear springs are 42" correct? so in theory wagoneer or J-truck rear springs would add some lift?
  7. Well went over this before ride quality is not a concern since I'm not rock crawling I am mud bogging and hauling. so in stock form a J-truck spring pack won't do anything?
  8. Will they fit in the rear of a comanche and if so do they provide lift drop or what? thanks
  9. Not enough money in that...........
  10. Collectable longbed metric puller though........................... :D
  11. Uh no this isnt really a classified......... its a link to a craigslist manche....... http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/car/568469592.html Am I the only person who thinks this guy is on crack? Sorry this brought back flashbacks to another truck in Hinsdale where I wanted to kill the owner with a tire iron.............
  12. Whats needed to install a factory cargo light in an MJ without the cargo light? Drill and screw?
  13. yeah i know...... I know where theres 8 good ones
  14. Saw hannemans product on a few other trucks on hereand was wondering if it was a complete bedside and if it was available for a longbed. Thanks
  15. This ring work for mating the cases? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NP208-NP ... enameZWDVW
  16. Doing the same thing myself....... looks like I'm going to have to completely remove the stock brackets from the seats and put 4 custom mounts off of the outer track....... could get 4 pieces of metal and make two L shaped units that go from the floor to the tranny hump and bolt the tracks on top........sturdy easy good looking and you get a little storage spot like those on 80s chevy vans...... regardless your looking at some custom fab....... ill be working on mine this weekend so Ill give yall a progress report if I don't blow myself up
  17. The spacer was shown on NAXJA...... ill see if I can get pics....
  18. Yep I'm a member on there was trying here first because they are all running 727s
  19. Yeah no slip-yokes from the factory, I see a lot of people screwing around with every 208 but the jeep 208........ availibility I guess..... If its a direct swap to the auto like I think, Ill get a slightly lower low range a more durable case and no slip-yokes.... Not a bad deal considering the cases are readily available out this way
  20. This case needs a 7/8" spacer to work behind a manual.... does it need a spacer to work behind an auto? This is the case they used in Fullsize jeeps....
  21. Bah, never assume that AMC didnt make something, its a good way to be proven wrong............ Uh if you see this thing again, try and get some pics.....
  22. 208, get it over with
  23. Aight I can point you in the right direction but I don't have time to search the site right now. www.amceaglenest.com head to the forums, these guys are constantly swapping out thier 4.2s for 4.0s and the auto eagles use a TF 999 (same family as your 727 and interchangable) I saw some pics of how the CPS is dealt with and it looks simple enough but the info your looking for is definately on those forums.
  24. Not a big block or small block........ a chrysler 727 will not bolt into an AMC jeep, AMC changed the bell housing and I think one or two internal parts....... If they were the same My J20 would have overdrive now
  25. 727 take a beating a hell of a lot better than an AW4...... As for bolting up....... dang I'm not sure I was looking into the same thing awhile back but wanted to keep the OD....... Ill check with some people and get back to you.......... I was thinking about using a 208 behind the AW4 aswell seems to be a stronger case and I'm not in the mood to toss cash at a SYE
