  1. Just ordered a whole dash, as usual the finish is excellent
  2. I will stick with the gauge only version it will be easier for me to match the other side. I will have to show that combo setup to my brother, might be something for his XJ
  3. the 1/2 should work might make things easier when I try to match the other side too
  4. Just a heads up, if you use the intellitronix clock it is a dollar cheaper on eBay right now with free shipping. My cart on the website showed 19.00 in shipping charges. There may be a free shipping cutoff somewhere but I think I have everything else for this project.
  5. Actually placement on yours looks good.
  6. Looks good any plans for one without the switches? I will be purchasing your two lower panels which give me 4 slots and then the phone holder. Can't really use any more switches. Then I just need to figure out how to do the single round on the left side and the main cluster.
  7. Bad policy telling the world (erroneously) that you sell a non standard gauge, might as well say "Buy Autometer"
  8. I will check, I have a custom dash from Dan Dillner in the YJ that uses standard holes and the intellitronix fit perfect. I will dig out the comanche set and confirm. Plan is combination speedometer and tach/oil/volt/temp/fuel where the cluster is, boost and AF in the a-pillar. clock in the side panel and I have the combo gauge (gear indicator, turn signal, etc) that I want to put where the current 4wd light is.
  9. This is what I am putting in the MJ where the factory clock should be. https://www.intellitronix.com/product-page/digital-clock-in-black-bezel-1 you don't happen to make an insert with a single round instead of the 4 switches do you?
  10. For some reason I think that situation will sort itself out 😉
  11. Ugh.. that orange book is giving me flashbacks.
  12. Structofab Automotive Co. There is a high probability the Jeep's chassis is a 74. Supposedly this company was taking carcasses installing their own fiberglass bodies then rounding out the retrofit with a 4 cylinder diesel. I have found 3 of these machines since last night. Conversions took place in the late 80s hence the YJ styling. I will keep looking around, seems interesting.
  13. I considered that, but DJs used a steel body this thing is all glass. As for the nose I have owned a couple YJ clips made out of fiberglass and they tilted forward. Even if you found an aftermarket nose finding the tub and roof (they are one piece on this thing) would be unlikely.
  14. Everything seems stock except the 350 and the sock in the intake.. OK GM motor I can't be sure about the sock
  15. Was looking for my Willys wagon project on marketplace and tripped over this. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/591638648846128/?ref=search&referral_code=marketplace_search&referral_story_type=post Postal vehicle.. yeah I agree 1974, not a chance All fiberglass body, that's not normal for a DJ YJ inspired lift hood, DJs went out of production in 84 last I checked YJ was 87 Any guesses?
  16. Late to the party but IFSJA has several write-ups for an AW4 behind a 360/401 (I will be using them when I rebuild my J-20) 258 will be about the same. Cruiser, those papers are gold you made my day.

  18. A lot of pacer went into that thing

  20. I have been running Skyjacker hydros on everything for several years. They seem to work ok. YJ is going back on the road in the next couple weeks, I am trying the Skyjacker black max on it. I will post results when I run it.
  21. Barnes4wd has the truss you need for the waggy front was around 400 I got mine during a black friday sale so ended up paying 300. As for the rear 96-97 rodeo/passport axle
  22. Leaning towards the Zone off-road comanche.
  23. Thanks guys, the baddad looks like a winner, I did not find that one in my travels. Wasn't planning to spend 700 on a manche bumper but it looks to be worth it for what I am up to.
