Mobil 1 filters or ac delco are all I will buy. I run Rotella 15W40 in both the CJ and the MJ. I am overkill with my oil changes I change at or before 3000 miles like clock work.

Anyone got a source for door seals? I would love to find a set of late models. I just can't find any in the salvage yards around here.

Took delivery of the MJ yesterday afternoon. It is an '88 2x4 4.0L 5spd. This summer plans include a 4x4 swap and paint.

Sorry man I don't swing that way. :eek: :eek: Sounds like the cannoter valve might be plugged. Might want to flush it out with some mirror fluid and check the preload on the muffler bearings.

Looks good. Did you have to do any changing of the motor mounts to get the 4.0 to bolt in?

Yea I had planned to cover the back of the gate with expanded metal to keep things in the bed and then get the whole thing painted with the truck then face the letters with a contrasting color. But I got stupid and thought I needed a fullsize truck. Needless to say I am back in the market for an MJ.

Looks good. But I would have gotten someone better looking to drive it. :D

Here is the one on my old MJ I would offer more pics but I got stupid and sold it. It was 2"x6" 1/4"wall and heavy as hell.
