    IIRC The 2.5 and 4.0 are non interference engines, so no internal damage would have occurred if the chain actually did break.

    I'm sure its not setup too much different than the 4.0s. The 4.0 is fairly straight forward but time consuming. Your looking at a solid afternoons worth of work but minus a Harmonic balancer puller the whole job can be done with basic hand tools ;)

    It is possible that your just getting a bad reading to the gauge? Or have you verified the temperature with another source?

    Only a few more shows left this season, I hope to make 2-3 of them starting on Sunday. This truck always makes me smile everytime I get it out of the garage :)

    I believe i have 1 of these style sliders on my Blue MJ.....here's a photo that kinda shows it, i can get a better photo if you'd like, the Rollbar shouldnt hinder details too much ;)

    Any standard 5 pin 12v Relay should work fine. The Injector upgrade is a worthwhile investment for any 4.0l :thumbsup:
