  1. Well after much thought i figured it would be best to save my money for now and probably next spring when more funding becomes available go all out on a 3" Kit (LCAs, Trackbar and all) and do it all right at once. Thanks for the info but I'm gonna have to pass on this idea ;)

    MPG?

30x9.50x15 on Crager D Windows and my Speedo is NOT corrected....so mine may be alittle better than I'm reading

    MPG?

I'm usually between 9-13....this is mainly just driving around town
  4. I'm happy with it as well but when i upgrade to 31" tires i figured another inch or so wouldent hurt on the occasional offroad excusion. I just saw that deal in the classifieds and it was just an idea that crossed my mind. Id eventually like to get a total of 3" under it eventually and now with me having an XJ as a Highway runner the MJ can be suited for offroad alittle bit more. Its not a done deal at all but was just a suggestion that crossed my mind
  5. Wonder what kinda tool is needed to rewind the keys :rotf:
  6. I'm pretty sure theres alot of electrical stuff that must go along with the HO engine that will not work with the Renix Computer.......i know its defently not a simple plug and play between the 2
  7. alright cool, what about the LCAs should i look into an aftermarket/adjustable set or will my OEM 1s be able to handle the additional lift? Will any other components require drop brackets or replacement as well?
  8. Alright my truck is currently sitting on a Motion Offroad 1.5" BB consisting of Coil spacers up front and Shackles in the rear. Theres a set of ZJ coils and AALs(about 1.5") for sale in the classifieds (ive asked this question to the seller also). If i were to add the ZJ coils and AAL to my truck as it sits i should net around 2.5-3" of lift total correct? Is there any major downsides to doing that setup. I know AALs are not idel but for minor wheeling and street driving is there anything i should really watchout for. I'm only looking at lifting this thing a max of 3" anyway and this combination would get me close. Any info you may have please post it up. Thanks Alot!
  9. I also tried to fix my seatbelt to no avail, and did alittle playing in my "pit"
  10. Changed the Oil and greased some joints so far...thatll probably be it for the day
  11. Looks Awesome!, by the way you got a badass truck as well
  12. Did alittle "wheelin" around the property.....Truck still amazes me ;)
  13. In a way thats kinda cool
  14. Well since it was pretty nice out today in PA i figured id give the vehicles a nice bath and snap some new shots, these are the 1st pics of my near 2 week old 96 XJ and of course my MJ is there as well
  15. Alright well over the past few days my seatbelt hasnt liked retracting back to the resting posistion and finally Friday it quit retracting back more than 4-5 inches. Is there a specific part back there that could have failed, ive tried yanking on it and helping it along but after 4-5" from the end it quits retracting leaving me with alot of free seatbelt and no tension around my shoulder when its hooked up. Anyone have any suggestions before i tear the panel apart? :dunno:
  16. Clear Corner markers can be found on Ebay and i agree....that is awesome!
  17. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetai ... toview=sku I installed this muffler on my truck alittle over a month ago and have been very happy, its not overly loud and will not cost you much backpressure so youll keep the low end the 4.0 needs, its also fairly cheap
  18. I like the graphics on the side.....were those Factory?
  19. Your Injectors may be gummed up also.....when i replaced mine my stalling issues went away :dunno:
  20. Gave it a glance or 2......all my attention went to my XJ for the day
  21. I made mine outta Legos and everytime it would get to the hightest tensile strength on the string my car would explode!....lol it never went very far but i got alot of effort points
  22. I think i finally found the best explination to describe the "Jeep Thing" :typing: This "Jeep thing" is like dating a really really hot chick, who is crazy! Its alot of fun, you spend too much money, your up all night ending up sweaty & greasy from it, your friends are jealous, you get admission into some sort of weird club... but it gets mad at your for no reason, throws fits seemingly randomly, has unexplained issues which it somehow solves on its own only after you try a bunch of different things (and spend a bunch of money) to solve it... and yet you can't resist getting in it every chance you can.
  23. Mine is just about at 181,000 (lol well the truck is the motor is only alittle over 40k)
  24. It was just at the Dealer and had a new Cylinder Head installed about 200 miles ago, and i noticed that the Cat was already replaced, but I'm sure if any were open they took care of it while it was in the shop.
  25. It has all the above, so it is a 242 :clapping:
