This is what I'm needing to cover... the plug I cut a square hole in is for another hole in the firewall. Doesnt fit this hole perfect and the square hole doesn't fit the harnesses right lol. But it may work for now.

I'm looking them up right now. Ya, I'd assume it'd need to be a tight fit to be completely sealed. The problem I have is I need a 2" hole for the plug to go thru but then then harness is only ½" around so I need a big outer area and small inner area but a regular grommet won't work like that. I am not. But these diagrams were different than the ones I used for my 91 wiring. The couple wires I traced down all match my 90 wiring...

I need the wiring gurus! LS swapping my 90. Using the holley terminator for the engine. I stripped all the stock wiring out of the engine bay and removed all the pins out of the firewall bulkhead connector that I don't need (I think) but now I've got some questions on some stuff, 99% of it being for the jeep side of it... I used these diagrams to trace down each wire and they match all my colors so I'm guessing it's accurate. #1 -there are 3 big red wires that are called out as Battery, Battery and Acc Power... They were all eventually ran into one eyelet for the battery and had the inline, non replaceable fuses or whatever. I cut all that off and left 4" at the firewall and was going to run one 10ga wire from those 3 tied together to the battery. Is this fine? #2 -i did away with the big red and white Battery disconnect wire. No problem there right? #3 I have to run an alternator exciter wire. Do I wire it into the yellow "ignition switch" wire? #4- the green "ignition switch start" wire. Is that ran to the starter? #5 - I guess I accidentally pulled out the pin for the back up lights. I'm guessing I need to put this pin back in or can I tap into anywhere Else for power to back up lights? I think thats it for now...shoulda paid closer attention when I was pulling the 4.0 and cutting wires lol. Went from 45 wires at the connector down to 17.

Looking for a renix (not sure if there's a difference, wiring maybe) steering column. Doesn't matter if it's tilt or not. Doesn't necessarily have to be grey either I guess. Ok, I have enough parts to build 2 more hitches. The big issue right now with ordering more is that ¼" material is very scarce around here. I work at a pretty big fab shop and they are having an extremely hard time getting any material at all for contracted jobs. So my little job gets out on the back burner like usual. So I'm the last to get the material I need. I ordered more parts about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet so not sure how much longer it will be until more parts are cut for me. So these 2 may be it for a few weeks or months. And the price will be going up to $230 still. I'll wait a few days before I advertise these on Facebook. Thanks for the support guys. UPDATE: I'm about to order more side plates and tubing. Prices have doubled since the last time I ordered any so that unfortunately means prices have to go up again. Not much though but it still sucks. Hitches will now be $230+ shipping. Up $15 from the precious price. My question now is; how many more do I order? I usually order 20 at a time so far that has lasted a few months. But I have sold enough hitches and parts for 180 comanches. How many more people need them? Now or even just a thought for in the not so distant future. I'll be posting here and Facebook to kinda get a count. If I need more than 20 then I might order more, if only 3 people acknowledge these posts then I might only order a few for now. I just don't want stock sitting around. Just post here on your thoughts and if you'd want a hitch sometime, basically "claiming" one before I decide to stop making them or the prices get too high to be worth it Thanks guys. Does anybody know how TF to get ahold of someone at facebook?!?! I guess my account got hacked yesterday morning and they changed my password and the email that the password reset gets went to. I linked a new email to my account but when I got to reset my password it just says error. When I search my name on Facebook nothing pops up, I've been deleted. But on my screen where I can choose between my personal page and Scar Fab, I csn see the notifications on my personal page go up as the days go on, which is weird... They've asked me to provide a picture of my ID twice which is weird. I csnt get any email back or messages thru my scar fab page responded to. I've emailed about everything I could find, no luck. And I'm not sure if I can make a new profile since my emails and phone number are already connected to these 2 accounts... It's not a big deal to have Facebook but a lot of my sales on thru that page and all my messages between them and other ongoing jeep projects are now gone... And another thing I'm really upset about is I was getting ready to send out invites for my son's 3rd birthday party thru there. can't now! Balls!
