  1. Welcome... Get a thread started for the build in the "projects" forum. We want pics... ;)
  2. Thanks again guys... Just trying to help out the family if I can. Hit the nail on the head there. The seats even arrived with that "just cleaned" smell to them. :D I was tempted to just wrap them back up to retain that scent, but decided to use them in the living room until I take them down to Jeepco's place, because they're oh so comfortable. I was concerned that I didn't clean them up enough... 8)
  3. Ours is being done by Line-X next week hopefully. They have an additive now that is supposed to keep it from fading. It does cost extra, but they give a gaurantee with it too...I just don't remember the details right now as it has been a few months since we discussed it now.
  4. He got the ones I took out of our YJ. They are 3A Racing seats.
  5. It will hold up until they rub on a rock ;) . I am anxious to see this though :D .
  6. Yes...same thread

    What do ya think

Looks good. I personally don't like center caps on my wheels at all, but if your going to have them...I wouldn't mind those  . My MJ is not going off road either...we have a nicely built YJ for the play toy. The MJ is being built to be an back up DD and "pretty" show off thing ;) .
  8. I know this is short notice and there are not likely many, if anyone, on here that would come to this, but just in case there are any folks near enough that want to come...please join us. It is next weekend, April 18 - 20. It is our Annual weekend of revelry celebrating the Florida Jeepers Offraod Association anniversary. Click here to see the info in our forums
  9. He does make every effort to ship immeiately so you should have them soon. I know he is in the process of moving from Florida back to NY because of some family issues, but he said he would maintain his sales and shipping throught the move. I will try to find out about the Canadian shipping, but in the mean time, go to his site and see if there is any instructions for Canadian shipping. I am sure that the discount code of " JEEP " will still work on the injectors, but I don't know about the shipping.
  10. I have not heard a lot of good about Rusty's stuff. I recommend the RE kit for the front and the 3" Hell Creek Suspensions rear leafs.
  11. Sweet... Hey...I have the same center console as you  WalMart special :D
  12. Thanks guys... :D  Glad to help. Yes...I do work at a Jeep dealership and I will do what I can to help if you need me. I have had a few people contact me and make purchases through me including the two that have posted here and I am very greatful for your business. I'll be awaiting pics of the seat install now 8) .
  13. I bought one for out YJ many years ago. They didn't have any choices back then and it is now SOA and still has plenty of cable. I can't see where 3" more would make any difference unless it is the application...MJ vs. YJ ... :dunno: . Maybe the MJ part is shorter to start with than the one for the YJ...??
  14. Only the driver side wheels are clear though... :chillin:

    The LIST.....

:D Very well worth the long read...
  16. I looked at the pics and noticed the large amount of space between the cab & bars so I went back and looked at it again and found a way to close that gap so it looks much better. I have it very loosely bolted together so it is definitely not in the exact position that it will be when done...I was just getting an idea of how it will go and IF it was going to work at all ;) . The bed space I don't care about as I don't need it for anything  . I actually like the height where it is because of the addition bar on top for mounting the lights. It has tabs for five lights and I don't want lights sticking way up in the air over the top so I think that will work good for me. The Line-X is getting sprayed next week too so that will add another 1/4 - 3/8 of an inch to it.
  17. Yea...if I used it as a truck instead of it just being a "pretty thing", I would likely have to do some fab work to those and put them on top of the wheel wells. I have my Dodge Ram for doing the work though so the MJ is just being built to look good and be a fun thing to drive around :brows: .
  18. X3 - CPS It is the most common source of the problem you have.
  19. Finally got it. It looks good, but I have not bolted it in yet. Here is a few shots of the moc-up process, but I got rained out as I was about to have it set and ready to drill a couple holes. Then came the rain...
  20. I would say $3000 tops based on this.
  21. I think you found your problem... :teehee:
  22. If the fan is blowing, but no heat then either your heater core is plugged up or your heater control valve is not working. If the fan is not working, then it could be a fuse, the fan switch, the blower motor or the blower motor resistor has gone bad. If the blower is not working, I would start with finding out why and getting that going first. If you have no heat after that, then you will need to determine if your heater control valve is working or if the core is plugged.
  23. Yea...it sounds like a coincidental issue with something else. If the truck runs good when running, then the injectors would appear to be installed properly. I think you are on the right track with the MAP sensor as I had similar issues when my MAP sensor connection at the throttle body was not good. I replaced the line completely from the sensor to the t-body with a home made design as the original is no longer available. ;)
  24. Yes, but they only came out recently for the late model TJ's and JK's.
  25. Doesn't say what they fit... just "1990 to 2001 Jeeps" No pics or anything
