  1. By far it seems that was the only leak my last recent one was my rear main seal and the slave cylinder going out....
  2. Man awesome truck! I saw that same truck if I'm not mistaken last year for sale for $2000 but it might not be the same truck..you don't understand I'm on Craigslist 24/7...just the other day I saw a guy on there with a blue comanche chief and his post was for comanche parts to call him if he needed any. So I directed him to this website I hoped he joined and not think it was a scam...sorry got off subject Awesome platform you got there! Will be watching this build part 2
  3. Is it hard to remove that dampener? Or is it that simple to just remove the three bolts and reattach them again with the skid plate?
  4. Hey guys Does anyone have pics of one with a 4 cylinder? I'm trying to figure out how it mounts on the frame because it seems to be block by the front motor mount
  5. Another update I clean the aluminum valve cover put a fresh coat of black paint and a new 98 valve cover gasket and a oil change and the trucks purrs and hopefully no more oil leaks lol Also will be putting the turbine wheels on tomorrow Thanks for looking guys
  6. If I'm not mistaken I think that's the connection for the automatic transmission if it had one
  7. Awesome junkyard run again this weekend...how do I know if the axle has abs is it just a wire
  8. Just wanted to refresh this subject....if I were to upgrade just the axle shafts would I have to buy a new unit bearing as well for the same year I pull the axle shafts out of? For the cad axle?
  9. Thanks man they are hard to find I was actually going to the junkyard to pick up some d-windows the. Some idiot took one out of the four that were there!!!!! So me and my bud decided to walk around the see if they stuck the rim somewhere else and came across these turbines and grabbed them without hesitation
  10. Image Not Found Test again
  11. Got an update guys had a feeling to go to the junkyard today and picked up 5 turbine wheels with 4 center caps for a 170$ maybe too much for my taste but well worth it will be mounting them when I get a chance to and also received my brown dog motor mounts
  12. Yeah I bet...I had an attempt for the first 3hours then while trying to take my first coil out my truck was in the bushes and on its brake rotors luckily nothing happened but I took it to my mechanic and about 150$ later my lift was in and ready to ride....I was by myself and limited with tools so it wasn't easy to put in
  13. How did you get those switches to look so good on there? Where'd you get them? And how did you wire them up? Is the other one for the fogs?
  14. Truck looks great! Congrats on mjotm. Just seems your just cleaning the finishing touches of the truck. just a view of great admiration of an awesome truck.
  15. Thanks zack ill take a look into the tbird coils
  16. Jeepmarine I have read good and bad on the control arm drop brackets but with the right amount of lift saying that minimum is 4.5 inches of lift and also gets similar amount of flex with short arms and CDB than long arms but have a bad approach angle or bottom out angle compared to long arms
  17. I need to get the fixed lower control arms planning to get control arm drop brackets and stainless steel extended brake lines and maybe get some 4.5inch coils
  18. Well it's been raining here constantly it's gotten so wet that even some areas you can't get out of unless you got two guys pulling you out...but haven't gone out because I'm in the process of buying some more stuff for my lift
  19. I'd love to show mud since I live in miami people look at me crazy that I have mud on my truck... But they don't remember or realize miami is the Everglades this place is full of mud and water. Every time I have mud a lot of the guys in wranglers look at me like where did he get the mud from...lol I love the
  20. Yeah I mean I've gone mudding and I want to enjoy the truck while I don't have it painted....I don't plan to go mudding right after I paint it because there wouldn't be a point to painting it....ill wait a few months after the paint settles in then I go and have fun. My friends tell me to do a rattle can job but I wouldn't feel right if I had to retouch it every time it decides to fade off
  21. No need to be sorry that's why I'm stuck in between those two colors...I used to daily drive a 99 black gmc Sonoma and I always kept it clean I always had gotten compliments on it even had guys ask if I wanted to sell it...I'm leaning more to the white because its the factory color and I know I'd keep on top of cleaning it...here's a pic of my gmc...hope the pics looks good I'm really hating how my pics are coming out so small lately
