    Kenda Tires

Someone may take it the wrong way. J/K  I was wondering about that my self but what the he!! good luck to her and you I guess
  2. i think mine are for the rear of a 2wd ford ranger
  3. what pages are missing i think i got them all.
  4. I think the best way is to jack stand the front of the truck. Take tire off, shocks and sway bars, and jack one side of the axle all the way up until the coil falls out or you can get a coil compressor tool. JUST BE CAREFUL this tool can break slip off or do some thing weird and go flying. I have never done this but this is what I have read. Also if you go to CW build I think there is some pics of when he put in his.
  5. The new JP Magazine page 54 for one best parts hauler this has to be one of the best looking MJ out there. And to poke some fun at the other thread this is one is super rare it is 88 and estimated cost of 17,XXX. I will scan some of the pics later but WOW this is nice.
  6. Our local club had there monthly meeting on Sunday and we also did some wheeling. Also I finally broke a couple things on the truck so that was great. Taillight, driver side fender has a new dent and the box, the brush guard was/is not a strong as I thought a tree jumped out and kicked it a$$. Sorry no pics of that. On board buggy ride And some pics enjoy
  7. Mine is torn at the valve cover. The little "L" shape piece
  8. thanks pete. you got a quick fix for this
  9. On the top of the valve cover there is that rubber piece that runs over to the air box. Mine is torn and oiling the under side of my hood. So is there a quick fix for this?? I am wanting to go wheeling tomorrow and need to fix this.
  10. if that is the same print that i used double check because mine were off

    Shock mounts

I think that you are going have to make something work form the bone yard. Or if you can find some one that has the factory D44 and went to spring over they may have the part you want. because the D44 has bigger tubes than the most stock D35.
  12. what if you were to just make the bottom two out of soild steel that would add some wieght back there or am i
  13. is this a good deal i have been hearing you guys talking about full float axles just thougth i would share http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-F-2 ... dZViewItem
  14. This my be a stupid question and stupid heavy but has any one thought/using solid cold rolled steel and having the ends milled out to fit you thread insert. I thought maybe if you had a friend in the machine shop that could do this for you it might be cheaper.
  15. my thoughts are run the rail back to the tire. I just don't like the looks of the MJ with the box cut out like that. And as far as the rear goes i am think some along the same lines for now.
  16. Not to be a fool but go to Pirate and surf around the toy department that is where I came up with some good ideals. Also look in the Cherokee section for a post “Where is all the MJ” I think there is some good pic there as well
  17. man you guys and those dodges I like them. I wish Comancheon33 would post some pics of his new rig he is running 18's and it is just sick.
  18. also the 8.8 will need spacer to make it wide enough 1/2" if i recall
  19. I am going to say that you are wrong on this I am running 34's stock no lift and can turn this thing on a dime. And here is pic to prove it. O I guess I trimmed the fenders a little :D And I bought this thing for 300 and got the tire for a smokin deal of 250 for almost band new TSL. And the goal is to get it under a grand and wheel the $#!& out of it. That is why I am looking at using Explore leaf because I had them laying around from the 8.8 that went under the MJ
  20. I want to no if any one has used a set of Ford Explore rear leafs to lift the back of there XJ and if so what did they do and how much lift I don’t want a huge lift like 3” to 4” just enough room for my 34’s. And here is a pic as it sets bone stock with 34’s
  21. i am 5 to 6 hr out but it is down by St. Louis there was a guy on here that had some parts for sale down there might want to see if he could help you out.
  22. I tried that put it made me feel like I had hydraulics on the back hit a bump at 55
  23. This is what I did. I used a set of trailer perches from Harbor Freight and welded a bolt to it and called it good. I think they were like $10 for the pair and the bolts was like a buck so for less then $15. Also if you do this you will need to figure out how to mount them to the upper part of the frame I used some 3" channel because it was lying around. I got this ideal from CW project (he used angle) if you look thru there you find the way he did his.
  24. You can get a set of lift coil's i think 6" for 120-130. Just as a reminder all the stuff that goes with lifting the truck as well. Shocks, upper and lower control arms, longer track bar, brake lines and so on. Just a heads up that’s all. Also the kits that are out there are "not bad" but WAY OVER PRICED or that is my thoughts. M.O.R.E. makes one for like 150 buck and you get those preches for under 20 and you can make you D35 e-brake cables work.
