  2. so i can swap the brakes and gain a 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern? how tough of a swap is it?
  3. I just bought an ax-15 np231 combo out of a 93 cherokee. that being said the t-cases are very differnt. mine has a mechanical speedo and a vacuum plug. the 93 just has 2 electrical connectors. what do i do now?
  4. In doing the ax-15 swap can i use the the bellhousing off a 93 ho on my 87?
  5. look good to me, if i were you i'd put it back in! 8)
  6. thanks dude, you now talked me out of the waggy 44. I guess its time to start my slow HP 44 build.
  7. i'll be running tnt long-arms, (they're in the mail) so i will have "a bunch" of flex. but is turning the knuckles on a low pinion waggy 44 worth it or should i just pay to have a HP 44 narrowed to waggy width?
  8. if i'm at 7.5-8.5" of lift will the knuckles have to be turned to get the correct pinion angle? and if the angle is lined up right it being low pinion will i have binding issues at full drop?
  9. waggy looks good. sweet looking truck i've never seen one done on a mj before
  10. very nice. i plan on cutting mine just like that and building a bumper that wraps around.
  11. dude, thats a good deal. if my motor ever starts going south ;) i planned on building one.

  13. Can i change the bolt pattern from 6 lug to 5 x 5.5? if so, how?
  14. i have the manual tranny (ba-10) i believe
  15. i've got a stock 44, so i'll need to lengthen it about 1.75" and set the pinion angle and thats it? can i do a transfercase drop to avoid lengthening the shaft?
  16. i have the 44
  17. With 6.5 inches of lift will i need a SYE and CV driveshaft? am i soposed to adjust for this in my spring over?
  18. so a soa would net me 6.5 without the aal in? what should i do about lift to get to 6.5 and tnt long-arms? or should i just go rusty's all the way? what should i do?
  19. I just recieved a large sum of money (to me anyways). And I want to blow a good portion of it on the MJ. I really like the tnt long-arms and i want about 6.5 of lift to run 33x12.50's I'm already lifted 3 inches with an aal in the rear and some cheap kit up front, rancho i think. i'll be ditching the whole front set-up but can i do a soa with my aal to get about 6.5" of lift? what about shocks in back? and what should i do about the front? the rusty's kit for the mj is $1500 and includes shocks, for that price its tempting. what should i do? please help me!
  20. so what is envolved with putting the early bronco dana 44 under the front of my jeep. you did this didnt you pete?
  21. ya only with less tube all around it
  22. Can I cut out my rocker panel and weld a piece of 3x6 box steel to the pinch seem and a tube from the frame behind the cab, make sense? a buddy of mine did this on his cherokee but said its impossible on a comanche because the bed flexes from the cab. but I'm not welding to the bed just the frame rail and pinch seem. so can i do this? cause i already bought my steel.
  23. how much wider is the wagoneer front dana 44 than my dana 30? if i wanted one what wagoneer does it need to come from? I want a 44 up front!
  24. thank you. So where do i get a "full locker" for cheap?
  25. Ok i don't know if this is a dumb question or not. I just bought 4.56 gears for my 30/44 and i need different carriers. does a locker run in place of a carrier? so should i just go that route? also how would lock-rite's do on the street?
