So I went to work on my idle issues and noticed that my shock bushing literally crumbled. After 500 miles. I ran up the street to the 4x4 shop and they informed me about a Skyjacker recall. And they will be sending me new bushings. This sucks. On a side note I picked up some interesting hood vents at the junkyard today along with a new Mirror.

i was working on my idle issues when i noticed a gap in between the head and the threads. lifted right out. how should i go about fixing this? please don't tell me i need a new intake manifold. how can i get that out?

Thats the best looking comanche out there! but I may be biased to Chief's. I payed 2000 for mine about 2 years ago. But I got reciepts of over 2500 dollars in recent work done to the truck. plus i drove 900 miles to get it. here is what mine looked like when i bought it.

Dude chillax. As you can see in that photo we were somewhere very remote. it does not show me drinking and driving. that could have been anyone's beer. what if we were camping? and if you had any power around here i'm sure you'd make it much more friendly for all the little girls who are building MJ's. Ok sorry for the wait but I took measurements today with a micrometer. Stock MJ - 23mm V8 ZJ - 27mm I double checked both of them. hope that helps

to answer a few questions. Track time - He has 3.55 gears and will be going to 4.56 soon. the 35 rear - I honestly don't know how he hasn't blown it up yet, but its not his wheeler, he has a 5.9 zj with 5.5" and long-arms, so this is just his pavement pounder. 3 MJ's in one spot - Red MJ is mine, Black one is my buddies who was headed off to the trails with me. we pulled into the gas station when we saw it.

I ran into this guy on my way to go wheeling at a gas station. What are the odds. He's had the Jeep for 10 years. Cleanest Jeep I've seen bar none. He's done everything imagineable to the motor and tranny. I told him to come over to the site and post his jeep here, I hope he does. Now for the motor. TJ buckets It sounded absoloutly amazing. with a 4wd MJ he ran a 16 flat with 31" a/t's. spring over with V8 zj lift springs up front. 35 rear though :roll: Every part on this thing was shiny and looked brand new.
