I just did this swap. $15 for the injectors and $8 for new Injector seals ( I got the seals for my jeep to insure proper fit.) I did it on a 87 4.0 easy direct swap. And i believe any year 5.0 injectors will work. I don't believe it's a performance upgrade as much as it is just a better overall injector same spray rates. I did however notice the truck ran smoother at higher rpm but i think that is just cause my old injectors were old and gunked up.
Just picked up a set of 8 mustang injectors for $15, In perfect shape. I'm so excited about it. I'll start a project thread here as soon as my wife teaches me to post pictures.
I've got a stock Skid plate up front. Nothing you can bang up against rocks, but it will protect steering components from a Jeep and German Shepard Impact at 55. (Happend to me last week)

my comanche has a 3" lift, what is the best way (read cheapest) to get to 6" rocky-road has SOA kit for the rear for $100, or should i just make it myself?
Now what could I do to the front to achieve 5 or 6 inches of lift from the 3 I already have?
