2low kit is in Tcase and ready for install tomorrow morning (thanks Pokey!!) I should be able to get tcase, traction bar and tires mounted on beadlocks tomorrow. Gonna be a busy day. Ordered a skid row t case skid from Motion Offroad today to protect my new 4:1/2low 231. -
Thanks for pictures and info guys!!! I appreciate it. On such a time crunch so just ordered one from Motion Offroad. WOW what great service from Rebecca. She spent the time to find all shipping options for me and got me set up with what worked best for me. Great help, and I'll have my T case skid by saturday so I can get it in before I leave. Thanks Motion Offroad and all CC members who gave there 2 cents. Cheers, Jason

I like the area of that one....but sure looks like it hangs down further than needed? Does anyone on here have this one installed on there MJ?
-
Thanks, I'm basically a 99xj. running 4.0 aw4 231. I look at those, are they on your site? cc discount?

True that. I know for sure my rockers will get abuse, and pretty sure my skid will knowing we will be doing hellderado and other extreme trails again this year. We run every extreme trail. While we take time to try and prevent major body damage.....we can't really do much about our undercarriages when I'm only running 35's.

Did you get rid of the MTRs? Willy Ya...sold em last night. Wheels and tires. Looks like I might have a guy coming for 44 minus the arb. That means I'll get the other 44 I found that already has an arb and get to use the one out of the axle i'm selling for the 44 I have in the rear now. Is my MJ 44 30spline? I'm assuming if it was not it is now with full detriot and chromos. -

Ill run 35 12.5 17 Cooper discovery STT's. but not till I return from Moab. I'll be running some worn out and hot knifed toyo's for Moab. -
That first picture is exactly why I'm asking. I leave for 20 days in Moab in 8 days. No time to build one ( I will eventually ) so for now I do have time to order a bolt on skid. Any help appreciated. Working 12's everyday till I leave and don't have alot of research time. Basically hoping to order tomorrow and get it next dayed. I only have sunday off before I leave for instal and final button up on the mj. Cheers, Jason.

Maybe you will remeber this truck from a couple months ago. I had looked at it but at the time decided I didn't need it. I was picking up the Bushwacker flares I won at don't fear the Jeeper and started talking with Jeff that works there. He has a beautiful red restored MJ. (I'll get pics up soon of it) and still needs a tailgate and wants a 44 for it. So I told him about this truck I passed up a couple months ago. Luckly I still had the guys text messages in my phone...cause I threw him a text and he still had it. Said he would take $800 now for it. Well I hum hawed and started texting him about trans....well long story short. He needed it gone cause he was getting harrased by home owners assoc. for it being parked on the street.......end result for me.......$600 for a 87 Jeep Comanche Pioneer Metric Ton. 4X4, 4.0, 5 speed, Dana 44 rear, and 260,000 on the odometer. No rust, solid floorboards.....WOW. So of course Jeff is stoked. He now has a tailgate and 44 for his MJ. and will throw the 35 out of restored MJ in this one and use it around the property and dump runs. SWEET! Anyway....the good stuff (pictures) -

I was wrong, he was just using a reader, he was not tuning through the device. I finally caught him thursday and we talked a little. So he was just using the tuner and then making it run better by changing plugs, coil, and basically just kept checking to see what was and was not helping it to run better. J. -
You forgot something............. Your an a$$hole!! ;) (yes I know him)

Drove it to work. Did fix the slightly sagging headliner couple days ago though.

Even better,....MY girlfriend is able to go for first 9 days of trip and then will fly home. So excited she will get to experience Moab. Hot truck, Hot girl, Hot weather, Can't wait!!! -

Ok, great day. First off thanks to BUSHWACKER!! I won a set of flares in the raffle. Had a great time meeting all the CC members and seeing the other rigs. Um....SETH, gee thanks so much for sharing that picture. So nice of you...lol. Great pics Cody. Love the freeway pic you got. Here are the ones I got today... I'm not really sure what all the ghey posing was about today. lol.

Man that truck looks good!! Love it, love the color. Props from Washington.

Not a chance. I have the not really budget stroker (4.7). I've had enough turbo's that I can tell you know I think a turbo 4.0 would be better on the street than my stroker. Torque off the line is amazing in my stroker, but boost on a 4.0 would tear me up in 50-60 feet. My sheet should be producing about 280hp and 330ftlbs. The stroker is great for wheeling and pulling my friends rigs back to camp, but not so much for beating ricers. So....guess maybe I should look into boosting my 4.7!!!! Now that could be fun. So...My 2cents is turbo/or supercharger for street, stroker for wheeling.

Ya, got lucky. My buddy is throwing Rock Jok 60's under his Rubicon for Moab. I was able to pick the slider up from him for $100. Couldn't pass that up. It only took a hint of modification to make it fit. J
