    i would ground it to the chassis. best way IMO.

    plus the glued line will show on very hot days as the 2 panels shrink and enlarge at different rates. just weld in a patch panel.

    from what ive gathered on here, check the clutch master cyl. isnt leakin on the fuse box since its right below it.

    lol. i still want that back window, but after taking an hour to pull the one on mine, i gave up as it was getting dark and ran the risk of breaking it lol. glad it went to a good home and not the crusher :thumbsup:

    i know the rear xj ones are diff, but if you do break the stud off the mounting point, just hammer it out and put a bolt and nut in there, thats what i did on mine. i have a full set of MJ flares in the classifieds...

    if he uses explorer rotors, there a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. are you wanting to use 2wd or 4wd expo rotors? as the 4wd is floating and the 2wd is not.

    the por 15 will work just fine, its just a thick epoxy primer.

    a good coating of wd 40 should keep em from rusting for a good while.

    havnt seen it mentioned, but all the screws on the interior are POZIDRIVE phillips, which is a GM desi gnedscrew, a reg. screw driver will work, but sometimes strip them out.

    my 02 ranger on 33s gets 18 mpg around town. prob 20 on the hwy if I'm lucky. anyone gota 2.5 plus trans they wana get rid of ;) I'm thinkin of goin 4cyl in mine since the treefiddy will be suckin some gas lol.

    next bodymod on my list. will the older door handles/mirrors work? i know the newer mirrors fit the old door, but would the older ones?

    pull the drums and inspect all the springs/cables/shoes for broken/worn itesm. also check wheel cylinders/axle seals for seepage.
