Does anybody have a power flow diagram for the rendix system here ? sorry i have at work ...system relay can fail and do this -simple fix, off road light 4 pin relay -put one in the glove box ! the ignition module has one yellow wire which get hot both at start and run mode -this goes to the ignition switch ....this is off the brain side i maybe wrong ....one wire goes the flywheel and other to ecu ...I hope this helps

Well i found an aluminum valve cover for $25 at the junk yard in west point ,va ..I used a Mitsubishi 2.4 liter PVC valve in the front pipe hole with Teflon thread sealer . The rear breather fitting goes to the air intake tube via green hose -back to rear of the engine up to MAP sensor bracket across the fire wall next to the intake pipe ...

i found an aluminum 2.5L Valve Cover at the junkyard today ...for trade other parts free but will work with high lift rocker arms ??

heat works well to loosen drain plugs with crc freeze -it ... after you get it out use Teflon thread sealer on it ! use conklin safe /dike, both will save your rass!!!

if you hear a funny noise like a bearing of the ideal going bad or lower part front noise ----look at rubber of the harmonic balancer coming out ....it can cut other parts apart like timing cover or belt !!!watch out !!! :doh:

please don't cry !! replace both cylinders with lines !! when i got my MJ years ago i did this one!!!pain but worth it !!!

i heard for the last 7 days a noise like a ideal pulley going bad, like a bird chirping a times ! what the damn moo!!!so i started to pull apart the front pulleys etc nothing ,checked water pump ...damn...good next pulled off the harmonic balancer.... hell cow most of the rubber backed out against timing cover and cut in 1/3 of cover but still held timing mark never lost one degree !!!!i love jeep --well done !!!now waiting for a Dorman harmonic balancer ....new timing chain is in and sealed up !!! :wrench:

i just picked up a timing chain from the jeep dealer today ...it has three way slots on the crank gear but no instillation package ... i am going to set up with 4* advance ...square mark i believe .......yes that funny front of the engine thing time

for the back side ...get 2 Monroe ''spring over shock'' for a s-10 ....cut top cross bar off and install app. lift 3'' .. which gives you lift and load help too...

make a light and 20 amp circuit breaker [you can gang switch with lesser and greater amp.] box with switch ..when circuit breaker pops light turns on ...saving fuses and wiring etc cuss words too i love the ''power probe'' ..L.E.D. test lights the one with ''+'' and ''-'' leads ..i hope this helps you ..

oh yes , oxygen sensors are bring killed by this ''new fuel '' and worst is coming .....missing etc kills what the o2 and cats etc

http://www.epa.gov/otaq/regs/fuels/additive/e15/ this will kill gas mileage [app.22%]and fuel systems like rubber lines etc ...i heard some say flex-fuel will work BUT ....this is crap, the fuel injectors will die faster because water /alcohol break up to other chemicals ..plus more heat ........if missing water etc in the oil .....more crap to deal with!!!

the higher ohms the richer fuel or if open circuit dumping!!! please add air temp sensor both can life rough !!!

yes them two ground wires on the rear dip stick mounting stud ...i never move or cleaned them before since my friend who who the new engine [2005]before i got her in nov.2006 ....talk about running troubles before bad gas mileage and poor starting ...the way i found out its using my fluke 88 to find ground /power wires under the dash for later radio install ..yes somebody hacked some wires ...cuss words so look around all the wires for damage from the fuel injection brain to block ...the reading was 900 ohms now less then 75 ohms yes ,please look at this one gang !!!

don't do this one -not mess with cutting and welding a CRITICAL suspension component ...never please i have the end of this move ,it ended some people lives and hurt others ....trust me on this one please.....

window regs are made with plastic glides [lubaplate] but gear is a pain to lub but use turbo /electric motor oil works well [the one with a long spout ,sorry no brand ]

watch out about system ground wires !! corrosion is a pain ,its part of electrolysis with use of never seize with no-ox this mix will stop alot of troubles before you get them Electrical Contact Lubricant "NO-OX-ID A-Special Electrical Grade"

i had almost the same thing ...i reset the tps to .830 and cleaned [1.take the nut off with sand paper clean the loops off next coat the loops with never seize and no-ox with a star washer between the loops ..use of lock washer outside ]the the ground connection near the dip stick mount .. all ground connections cleaned/coated the same way ..now no more troubles

i use Teflon thread sealer not the tape on all sensors[water and intake air bond ] and water pump bolts ..just a tip from some very bad things of the past happenings ...

yes on this one built a super 4 liter - use the best head etc easier etc ...

diesel motor oil that contains zinc sorry not true - diesel bearings are made with silver ..oil using zinc is a big trouble .. todays oil has almost no zinc dichromate due to the EPA which means trouble in the long run ....

with 2.5 liter power steering pump top front bolt - replace with a stud with a app.5 mm shoulder and washer, flanged nut ...oh yes use some never seize on it too - why this you ask ? to set the belt tension easier so you loosen the pump bolts other ones -it stays even with the tracking ...

wow save the snake people will sue you ! the snake's family will get in touch with court too ...joking ! damn close one under the foot !

oh hell ,did you put him in a trash compactor first ? :rotf: ??i have some free Cherokee sport in my mj -almost none of the holes on the chair base -fixed by drilling one hole on front and use extension nuts to level out the front -back is a pain with muti-hole steel bar is easy way to mount .....

the tracking bar mounting point on the upper ''frame'' housing is what was damaged on my MJ because of proof of an accident .....yup please watch out them bolt holes etc!!
