Well we are leving VA tomarrow morning at 6. It was a great trip but i can't wait to get back to the warm weather and flat lands. Ill sleep most of the way (home 15hr drive)

Solid and Rockcrusher are NOT the same company. Grant @ Rockcrusher recently won a federal lawsuit against Solid Axle Industries over the entire mess. Solid is not legally allowed to sell any diff-covers anymore. They marked them down to $65 to just piss Rockcrusher off. Try to add one to your shopping cart on their website; it won't work... Solid also changed their name to Spyntec Industries to try to avoid the entire mess as well... Rockcrusher is still producing and selling covers. You won't find anyone who's selling the Solid covers anymore, or anyone who has them in stock either... oh what the hell are you kidding me?!? :( thats just so hard core ghey. I agree completely. But ... they are not cheap (or even inexpensive). if yall woulda read what i said i said cheeper not cheep. Big diff. The solid covers are cheeper then alot of other ones i was finding were $90+ and that was not in my price range. I was looking for info on a good brand that would be tough but not look like :ack: eather at an ok price. Thanks again yall for the help Brandon

i figured they would do that lol :fs1: funny side note lol a long time ago (before i was even a twinkle in dads eye ;) ) my dad had a friend with a kawasaki bike. he bought tires with a lifetime warranty on them so every weekend he went to the drag strip and burned them up haha brand new hind tire every week. that only lasted a few months though lol :no: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I was telling a story at work the other day about a Junkyard we visited in Pa, on vacation, there were two Fiero's side by side (front end showing of one, rear of the other), when I walked around them, I saw it was one car that had been torn in half. :eek: Instead of reacting to the Fiero, the subject quickly changed to "you visit junk yards on vacation?". :rotfl2: I didn't mean to let that one slip (for a second I had forgot I was among 'normals'. :nuts:) thats a good 1 :clapping:

whats a "cowl hood"? And thanks 4 that link very informational. Btw i live in FL so its all ways rly hot and if I'm out weeling i can over heat about 45% of the time do to hot temp, low speeds, and running at high rpms for a long time. Brandon

yeah thanks pete but my dad said hes not going to carry any "junk" 14hrs back to FL :dunno: and yeah my bro looks a hole lot better in that new tan uniform :D I have noticed that all the jeeps up hear r 4x4 :( in FL you never find a 4wd jeep cherokee and in all the time on the road I've seen 1 comanche and it was just a li'l 2wd long bed with crappy paint. 3 2door cherokees and 1 jeep wrangler truck. In NC i saw 4 lifted cherokees and 1 in VA. Also ive seen a few cherokee with that euro front end. Its so nice up here in VA there's a lot of hills, all the roads are curvy, and all of the houses are brick with driveways on hills. It's also super cool here. i guess there sayin this is fall, but it sure don't feel like it back in FL.
