  1. Haha would it be wrong to say I need more time..? I've been super busy and can only log in for moments at a time here recently. I will get up the smorr pics but I only took two the last trip :(
  2. I've got 5165s with stiffer valving on the front and they are perfect. I have no complaints highway or otherwise. I have (or will have when they arrive) 5125s on the back with a softer valving because of the lack of weight. I'm assuming they should be perfect..
  3. I've never heard of the separation deal. Mine have been doing well for the abuse I put them through on a daily basis. Plus several jeep buddies crawl with them and have had zero issues. It could just be a bad batch type deal. So far I've only been in deep mud once (almost frame deep) in this truck and they pulled out from a dead stop. Light mud is like its not even there.
  4. I run duratracs on my z71, 60/40 gravel to highway. I've driven through our woods at work, across fields and ditches among other things. They have yet to let me down.
  5. I like how there's a picture of the door panel.
  6. $#!& still need to upload smorr pics... Anyway first trip of 2015 baby! Headed back to hot springs orv park (no longer called Superlift) (Stereotypical trailer pic)
  7. I was calling you in the morning anyway. Good deal :)

    Super Bowl Today

All I wanted was a good game and it was, but what the @#$% was that bull$#!&. You get a lucky break with that catch and @#$% it up with a toss with it all on the line. So much for that beast mode, ignorant play call...
  10. I used gasket remover and a scraper. That gasket remover will burn like crazy if you get it on you.
  11. I run 1.25" hood spacers, have 3 10" electric fans with an open system. Only time it thought about overheating, it was triple digits and extremely humid outside.. I was pushing it hard also though.
  12. Sorry guys I keep forgetting about this. Haven't been posting as much as of late.. I'm going to go on and say yes, the first weekend in August. Ill update the original post as well. I'm still excited for this and can't wait to be there. It's one of my bigger trips for this year as far as wheelin goes. However I want to throw this out there. I notice its a 700 acre park. Is that enough for a weekend of wheelin? Are there a lot of hardcore trails? I know at smorr it's 900 acres and I was done with the good stuff in one day and ready to leave Saturday afternoon.
  13. I stopped counting as well.. It starts adding up super quick if you offroad your MJ. I do have a file with receipts but I know a good bit of them never made it to the file lol

    Merry Christmas

    Happy Hanukkah!!
  16. I wish we got snow, it's usually ice. When/if we do, I'm always out there rippin it up in the z71. Got buried last year and so did two other people trying to get me out. It finally took a tractor to get us all
  17. I completely rebuilt and built up the current one I run. Only thing I didn't do was the welding (not necessary for basic rebuild) and gears. Everything else is easy and can be done with basic tools.
  18. I will also probably head out thrusday afternoon and ride Friday and Saturday to the fullest
  19. Well it can be either the 31st to the 2nd or 7th to the 9th.. That's just going off of everyone saying the first weekend(s) in August. I'm fine either way but if y'all want me to just decide, I will lol.
  20. The more the better! I haven't posted up on my local clubs but I doubt any go
  21. It's a four hour drive, maybe a hair more but the other two parks (superlift and hawk pride) are three hours and have @#$%ing boulders. Solid trails of big rocks. It wasnt a total waste, not at all. It's a nice place, good layout but its 85% ledges or creek rides. All the trails (minus several) are a level down than what they say. There were only a true few level fives there and it was that because there's one crazy obstacle on there, otherwise it's be a four! (Fubar specifically). The rest were threes and down. Not including the level 6s. Those were every bit 6. We covered that place minus two or three hill climbs, in a day...and that was with several breaks. Second day mid day we had already reran the goods ones, cheap trick, rattler, moonshine and puppy licker. Even those only had one or two awesome parts... Would I go back, yes. If the mood hit or there was a good event going on. Would I make a weekend of it, no. There's just not enough hardcore stuff to keep you entertained.. Unless you like ledges, lots and lots of ledges... Again don't get me wrong, beautiful place, great facilities and people. Awesome rock formations all over (no, not the ledges..) that you can find hidden away. Also the park has room to grow. I saw more potential trails as we went along.. To each their own I suppose though. I have pics and will post as usual..
  22. Another 2x6x3/16ths in mine here too.. Pretty straight forward. Cut, slide in and weld top/bottom.. That's all I did and ive slammed them, dragged them, everything. Still going strong.
  23. Paid 2.77 last night.. Sure is nice
  24. Back from smorr. It's an okay place, nice for sure, but not worth a weekend trip. There's enough there to entertain you for a solid day. Few boulder trails, mainly ledges, which got old extremely fast.. Left side of moonshine.. We were the only ones to run it all weekend.. Which was hard to believe since buggies were all around.. Rear tire was over a foot in the air..
  25. Hammer and socket method works just fine for me. Primitive but works.. And I own a press lol
