  1. I cannot say that for 100% certainty, I'd want someone with another 2wd to confirm. Otherwise you could absolutely try it like you said.
  2. Being that your truck is 2wd, you might have an easier time getting the pan out.
  3. I love seeing updates on this thread!
  4. Ah, I never considered that the European cars didn’t have the same system
  5. I’m very surprised you didn’t know this. No shame in not knowing, I’m just surprised.
  6. I did the multi piece on both my MJ and Eagle. No complains, just a damn of RTV in each corner to hold it together.
  7. Same!
  8. This is the Jeep XJ Pioneer concept for Easter Jeep Safari. The grille is in upside down. Other than that, I really dig it.
  9. Oh yeah, that will be awesome!
  10. Still daily driving. Nothing new to report other than hitting 115,000 miles
  11. From the little bit I’m seeing, these are looking excellent!
  12. This is true. Hmmmm I don’t see why not!
  13. You’ve got time to rereincarnate or unreincarnate the truck! Or of course, take the CJ
  14. Glad to hear that the shake is gone. As they say, if it were always fun and easy, everybody would be doing it.
  15. Did you try a come along like someone else suggested? Ratchet straps would work too. As long as you pull out a stack of shims equal in thickness to the difference in length between the control arms, theoretically it will be alright. But if you're doing this to fix your front end shake, it is highly unlikely that it will do so if you remove the shims.
  16. How much longer. When you removed the stock lower control am, the axle would've moved backwards causing this problem. Any competent alignment shop should be able to accommodate the longer arms just fine.
  17. Those shims are your caster adjustment. Not having enough caster is a surefire way to end up with death wobble.
  18. Fall would work better for me. I will be pushing it to even have my MJ here in the springtime. I like the idea of this possibly becoming an annual thing.
  19. I wouldn't drill anything larger, especially the mounts on the truck.
  20. It’s completely the wrong direction from where I’ll be coming from, but I’d be game.
  21. They all probably come from the same crappy factory overseas. Moog is likely your best bet, but don’t hold your breath. Anymore it seems most direct replacement parts aren’t that and require modifications to fit.
  22. These are the Detroit axle ones?
  23. Make sure your MJ has an AX-15 first. 88s didn’t get them from the factory.
