They are XJ axles. The seller has responded yet so I am not sure on specifics. These are from the ad. It says OBO so I can prolly get them cheaper. I have 31" tires and don't plan on going any bigger.
I found a set of axles. Dana 30 and 35 already pulled for $150 obo. My MJ is a 2wd and I want to do the conversion. Is this a good deal? Can I use the rear axle I currently have for the conversion and just buy the front axle if the gearing is the same or am I better off getting both. I am not going to be wheeling just need 4x4 for hunting.
Secondly does an XJ hitch fit on an MJ?
thanks
I have Farmers insurance with the $100 windshield deductible. I went to the Farmers website and plugged in my info. I did have to buy the gasket for them to put in from an online site.
Its a ways away but there is one on craigslist near me. $100 https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/pts/d/spanaway-jeep-comanche-rear-window/6855219893.html
not sure what shipping would be.
Got the new windshield installed. No rust around the glass so i was very pleased. I decided to go with the rubber gasket instead of the metal trim. I'll be selling the old trim if anyone is in need, it's black.
Sometimes when I drive down the road with my driver's side window down and the radio on the radio sound will cut out but the radio is still on. If I turn the window crank even a 1/4 turn the sound comes back. What would cause such a strange thing? All the sound goes out not just to the speak in the driver door. Any thoughts?
The bulbs were blown and the lenses were cloudy so I just opted for new one. The door switches still work and I have power. The 10s pop. If i put in a 15 they turn on but if I toggle the light they pop too.
I finally got around to installing my new b pillar lights. I bought the ones below. I keep blowing the 10 amp fuses and I can't figure out why. Can I just put a bigger fuse in and call it good?
