  1. Still messing around with this...
  2. Here is an updated version of this logo. Open to suggestions...I don't necessarily consider it a final version. If it isn't what most of us want to wear on a shirt/hoodie, we can shelve it and go with one of the others.
  3. It was a mock-up to see if the idea was of any interest. I'm working on one with a real MJ grille now. We can always use the regular CC logo if this idea doesn't make the grade.
  4. Agreed. You may want to use the original CC logo, or something similar for Amazon. Not trying to derail your train, just getting creative here. Will keep the trademark in mind.
  5. Yeah, I agree... it was just a starting point. I will keep working on it. I might start from scratch, instead of using the original CJ one, or whatever it is supposed to be.
  6. T-shirts. Here is another logo idea...
  7. My MJ does this too sometimes, although it is less of a crank time. More like 4 seconds when warm versus almost immediate when cold. I also have intermittent throttle response issues. On a nice cool night the throttle response is great... linear and normal. When things heat up mid-day in traffic and doing around 45 mph, there is almost no throttle response until I get to around 2/3 throttle and then there is a kick-in with high acceleration. A while back JeepPapa and I cleaned out my single-hole injectors using a method similar to yxmj's (above). I noticed an improvement overall, but my throttle lag and occasional slow crank remains. I did seem to notice some improvement after changing out the fuel filter a couple times, but then symptoms return a day or so after. Hoping we can get to the bottom of this... If not, I might drop my tank at a future date.
  8. This could be Iron Maiden's next album theme... Eddie is lost in time and trapped in a pumpkin. In all seriousness though, great looking jack o' lantern. One of the better ones I've seen.
  9. Bad move taking out Hill while he was pitching a 1 hitter in the WS. Dodgers relievers crumbled.
  10. Did you stay up until 3:30am last night to watch the looooooooooooongest world series game ever? I went out twice after the 9th inning (for dinner and dessert) and didn't miss much. Maybe we actually have a series now. Still an uphill battle for the Dodgers, but what a game. Dodgers win 3-2 in the 18th inning on a solo shot by Max Muncy. Red Sox lead series 2-1.
  11. Curious how you found it? Craigslist or something else? Excellent find by the way.
  12. Congrats! Hope you get it rolling soon. That's a funky white topper. Do you have any idea what it was used for? I'd probably remove it, but that's just me.
  13. Great news. That situation with the police though...
  14. Wishing them a good outcome with their property in FL. Glad they are safe with you.
  15. You might try the cigar method with the other end of the tube near the manifold...
  16. Keep it up man. I quit nicotine in '97. Still crave a chew sometimes.
  17. Yeah you're right... on a second look it is fresh oil mixed with outside dirt. But there are still other things that resolve their drip at this spot. The back of my valve cover dripped all the way down to this same spot.
  18. That "oil" looks watery, but the video was tough to stream...Not yet sold on the RMS. More cleaning in this area.
  19. WOW! Those are some great tours to have seen them. My first wasn't until '88 with Slayer at the Aragon in Chicago. Can't beat classic Motorhead with Eddie and Phil. Sorry, back to tires...
  20. I recently purchased some Hancook Kinergys 215/75P15. $400 installed. Very comfortable ride compared to the old worn out tires and they grip the road well. They seem to be giving up some softness/play in the steering response in exchange for the comfort. It could be the extra inch of rubber, or my steering/front suspension components need an overhaul. All street driving, fyi.
  21. It was an ignition relay under the dash, but it was an '87 Honda so the electrical is probably different on an MJ. Is there an ignition relay in the engine compartment on the MJ? My knowledge in that area is limited. Maybe someone else can chime in...
  22. I had a Honda that would do this. Replaced a relay and it was fixed. When the relay heated up it would fault out, only to work again after cooling off.
  23. Congrats on the upcoming wedding! Glad to hear that you are still with Publix and that they are promoting you, which means they appreciate your talent and work ethic.
  24. Nevermind, the post is dated 12 days ago... sorry. The original CL post was edited 4 days ago... so technically it could still be a lead. Just trying to help out in any way possible.
  25. Just found this on CL in LA. https://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/pts/d/wildernest-camper/6700370992.html
