Ouch. you need to find a job working for uncle Sam. He never fires any one. We had a guy at work do about two million dollars damage to a airplane and all they did was give him a strongly worded letter of counseling. It was only later when the mandatory drug test results came back positive for proscription pain medicine with out a current proscription that they ask him to think about transferring to some place else.
