  1. Interesting. Exactly what I would expect from someone who thinks logically, deals with the facts, and takes action........
  2. Have you done Tip 27? What's your CPS output?
  3. I have intact AC, auxiliary trans cooler, and am stock height.
  4. You have AC? Trans cooler?
  5. Ever tried it?
  6. Heat it cherry red and let it cool 3 times. Or, try that Freezing penetrating oil that's out now. Works pretty good.
  7. Correct. It was a redundancy in engineering that was unnecessary. That said, I live in Arizona and have no ill effects regarding cabin heat in the summer. As long as your blend air door is adjusted properly. .That takes about 22 seconds to test and adjust.
  8. What????? You're okay with telling me this doesn't work when I've done it numerous times? Everything works fine. The heat is controlled by a blend air door, not that valve. You must have missed some important fact in a post along the way.
  9. 10-4! That's a VERY neat job. And the troubleshooting. Way to hang in there.
  10. Blue dealy in your fuse box,eh? You could use the stuff on the right in Hornbrod's post above to simplify that. Just sayin'.
  11. Ever seen this? http://comancheclub.com/topic/33662-refurbishing-the-fuel-sender/
  12. Same here. Gets to 0*F. What's your point?
  13. Waste of time if you've got a good cherry picker. I've never removed more than the radiator in decades.
  14. Radiator only works fine.
  15. This guy from Arizona uses no HCVs on any of his rigs. Does that tell you something?
  16. Tips 12 and 13 in my signature link will get that straightened out.
  17. You had to stretch a bit and get out of your comfort zone. Good for you. As for that wire......Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt
  18. Wait. I'm really confused here.... You said you weren't good at electrical? What a job!!!
  19. Ditch that plastic piece of crap.
  20. I wonder if you don't have a "flapper" in a rubber line. That's wear the line separates internally and flaps the opening closed when the liquid travels through it.
  21. What the heck? Why not try my Tip #4 for fun?
  22. That's just too simple!!!!
