  1. Not sure, but I would suspect the intake manifold, distributor and flywheel could be swapped from the old to the new and you'd be on your way. Am I missing something?
  2. CPS has no ground. Go to www.cruiser54.com and do Tips 1 through 5. I know you've done some, but not all. CPS output can be tested. Tip 7.

  4. This^^. The square connector of the TPS is only used on automatic transmission equipped models.

  13. Check the sensors at a known coolant temp. Couldn't hurt to also remove the IAT and carefully clean the tip with carb cleaner.

  18. Check the connectors in tip 10. That's the same place you're gonna end up testing solenoids anyway.
  19. Remove the whole fuel sending unit.
  20. See Tip 10 at www.cruiser54.com You changed TCUs, but how's the fuse in the harness right by it?
  21. The hose between the fuel pump and the outlet can be bad and cause this as can a bad internal ground wire.
