I'm confused. You had reference voltage at the TPS but not the eCU?

Are you using the flat 3 wire connector at the TPS or the square 4 wire connector to test?

Hose from throttle body to MAP?

Exhaust system doesn't matter. You must use the gasket for the intake manifold you're using.

Which intake gasket did you use? For the Renix or the HO? Needs to be for Renix. I know you think the timing is right, but bear with me. Using Tips 12, then 13 at www.cruiser54.com. Double check it. Tip 17 covers the exact swap you did. Read it. If you used the 92 flywheel/flexplate, that could also be your issue.

do you have a diagram or pictures of how u marry the tubes together and the adjustable valve for the rear for the amateurs like me? No. I looked tonight and had nothing. Try going under the Jeep and tracing the lines.

Sometimes folks marry the vac harness for HVAC to the dump valve for the front end disconnect. Why not take the opportunity to relocate your ball?

See the low pressure switch on the receiver-drier behind the compressor? Unplug the harness from the switch and jump it with a paper clip and see if the compressor engages. If it does, the system lost it's charge. don't leave the paper clip in there.
