  1. TCU fuse (7.5A). Fuse block.
  2. It does seem like you have two different TPS(V)(%) settings. Sticking/binding somewhere. Your ST fuel trim is bouncing above and below 128. Normal. LT fuel trim (141) is high, but your INJ PW=4.1mS is low, so I’m going to assume it just the type of injectors you’re running with. All of this is within the range of authority for the ECU.
  3. Concur, TPS values do seem low, as for the ST/LT fuel trim, let vehicle get up to normal operating temperature first.
  4. I'll take a shoot in the dark here. Is it possible that the cluster connectors can go in two different ways?
  5. Knock Sensor Component Testing pg45.pdf
  6. Coolant Temperature Sensor.

  9. Isn't CHECK ENGINE used for OBDI codes (blinkes)?
  10. Check on the braided strap between CAB and ENGINE block.
  11. With the ECU in CLOSED LOOP (CL), your REM numbers are kinda okay. Things I don’t like are IDLE, INJ_PW, and TPS. I’d look for ≈750rpms, 5.5mS, and 17. Can only suggest a few @cruiser54 tips. http://cruiser54.com/?p=60 http://cruiser54.com/?p=94 Do this one last: http://cruiser54.com/?p=54
  12. This RED wire ties back to one of the fusible links (GRN). Only connector is C100_D4.
  13. 1vdc on O2 would indicate going RICH. Maybe its trying to correct for the LEAN condition.
  14. That's poor intake manifold vacuum. Tells the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) add more fuel. Are you running RICH at idle? RICH all the time?
  15. Knock: 2:30 mark Burp: 0:22 mark
  16. Symptoms point to the CPS as mentioned above.
